Kinda sucks we won't get to see him in Pro-league for a while though. Sure he would rip a whole bunch of Kespa heads off, but I think his play is good enough to attract new viewers, and the experience of getting mauled by one of the best in the world can only help other players improve.

Its got to be samsung khan tbh. Samsung are THE protoss team, they have the money and they need the players. They would instantly turn into a powerhouse with jangbi as the fastest improving player in proleague as well. Wouldnt complain if he joined cj though.

I am not sure why you view it as a betrayal. He played out his contract and was a free agent. It is not any different from players like Sea and JD joining TL and EG respectively. It would be different if he did it mid contract, but I don't see it as an issue at all.
And PartinG will also play in GSL and probably MLGs (and other foreign events which Kespa allows).

SKT has 1 fantastic Protoss in Rain but I think Best and Bisu can catch up by round 4. I hope he goes to one of the lower ranked teams like Samsung or the 8th team.

Well, this makes me decision on which Kespa team to support a LOT easier.
Having never followed BW, i just picked Ace as i like supporting underdogs, but they're dead so i didn't think anything of it.
But now it's easy! Ezpz!
So glad he didn't go for a foreigner team. The only one i wouldn't been happy with is Axiom.

Oh, I am talking about what to do with the freed up money that came from Parting's departure. I suppose you can use it to increase some of the existing player's salary as well.

I am not sure about that. Obviously, we don't know about the exact length of player contracts and whether their salary were adjusted mid way. But PartinG's contract just expired, so let say the contracts were for one year (seems reasonable). PartinG would have signed his sometime towards the end of 2011. At that time, he was pretty much a no name so I doubt he got a big salary.
Hopefully, one of the teams that are not doing as well will pick him up.
