Actually this isn't entirely true. StarTale had to disband their LoL roster due to financial difficulties, and have shown hints of instability. LG-IM and Azubu are the most stable right now.

It's not about stability, It's about the Won's. Kespa teams can afford a high salary while none of the ESF teams can because they are either poor or already using their whole budget to pay the salaries of their star players and can't add a 6 figure Parting onto it.
LG-IM, Startale, FXO and Team MVP are stable and fine.
Also Azubu until proven otherwise, they've been investing an insane amount of money into esports through sponsoring the first two seasons of The Champion's, two LoL teams and the CSL.

TBH, I think he would join STX. Team-8 seems a very likely candidate but they seem to be doing not bad at the moment.
