At this point, seems like the F2P model seems the best way for SC2 but the problem with that is SC2 isn't WC3 or Dota. People don't really care about customizing individual small units, they prefer heroes instead. Warcraft 4 would be an epic F2P game if they expand the role of heroes a bit (instead of them just being slightly better units like in WC3) and make leveling up heroes in a game faster (because in regular WC3, the game usually ends before a hero reaches level 6 or 7). | ||
