But you do realize this is Stephano- someone who's known for not only saying ridiculous things, but doing them too? It's not exactly the most absurd assumption in the world to think he was running his mouth off in a private conversation that he thought wasn't going to be streamed to the public, and then he backtracked and said it was only a joke (although I sincerely hope he was just trying to be funny, rather than him actually raping a little girl).

I mean he said he wants to screw a minor or a hot momma. I don't see why people are up in arms with him essentially being suspended for ~2 weeks without pay. In any other arena (pro sports, regular media, etc) they would have fired the guy. But given that it's e-sports, this seems like a reasonable action, especially considering he's only 19. I for one am not a Stephano or EG fan, but I think EG has handled this very well so far. You can't take the big money on a big name team, and still act like an idiot and not expect any fallout. Even if he was just trolling (which I'm certain he was), you have to act like an adult. Personality is great, rivalries and trash talk are awesome, but abusing minors or making jokes about it is not. Given his age and that this was just likely very poor taste, I think the punishment fits the crime. Good luck in the future.

I know plenty of people who make jokes about having sex with people's sisters (that are around 13-14). It's funny stuff to say to some close friends and what not, a bit weird when you're on the internet and are a sponsored player.
