it was certainly a good call not to sign the contract, especially when there are unclear parts of it, and even more importantly, when they wouldn't let a lawyer read it. The ball is on the boss' side and he has to explain all this. | ||

The MoW management could have easily provided their own statement here in the forum and on their site/Facebook/Twitter etc... and fully had their side represented, and spun their statement to meet their needs and image. It could have contained a lot of false information, and it would have turned into a "he said, she said" type of altercation. By providing it to a news site, which tend to deal with an aspect of impartiality, they should be able to tell both sides of the story in an attempt to reconcile the differences and misunderstandings inherent in personal interpretations of the stories of both sides. Now, it remains to be seen who they chose, and whether that can fully be trusted, but we should give them the benefit of the doubt for now. | ||
