I think it is great that he gives his inexperienced players some chance in the booth. Giving these younger players some play time builds their confidence and give them a chance to prove themselves. Also, it is a long term thinking, grooming the team as a whole rather than having the same few big named players come out all the time. IM HWAITING! | ||
