Its not hard to just quit your shitty job, tell your landlord your leaving and go. and be in the same position when you get back as long as you have adequate money to survive on / friends.

I disagree. There's no better judges than my fans who watch my stream 5-8-10hours a day. They want the best for me and they wouldn't write if they didn't think that I deserved this opportunity.
I think it's better to let the MOW-people decide who they see as the fittest candidates themselves, rather than trying to turn the thread into a voting booth. Random outsiders shouldn't be able to influence them, and if they did it wouldn't be fair to the other applicants.

I mean perfect in terms of the location and ithe economical structure. It lies in the very heart of Europe and the prices are relatively low compared to the big western / northern economies - and despite being located in Poland, this is, no doubt, an international project targeted at players of any nationality. Poland is a modern country, Warsaw is a huge city and yet sustaining the project here is much easier than it would be in western or eastern Europe. It's first of its kind as well, so working out a decent sponsorship deal shouldn't be much of a problem either. Yes, the country is beautiful, but if you're looking for pleasing aesthetics a big city is not the place to go to - in Poland or otherwise.
I was more surprised about the fact that: 1) A monetarily sufficient sponsorship deal was able be made in Poland (but I guess as long as you can find sponsors, it doesn't really matter where the training house is located, the sponsors don't need to be affiliated with the Polish society much), 2) Yeah, the climate/mentality doesn't seem to be great for gaming in Poland. As a lawyer and translator (I changed fields at some point), I've always tried to bring my gaming affiliation into light and combat the stereotypes but they still seem to be strong, as in gaming is something for children, "kidults", young males who don't grow up.
...On the other hand, if you're doing something imaginative, innovative, that doesn't harm anybody but can actually make your town or city (or village ) more recognisable, Poland is the last society to give you trouble with that. After all, we've got several centuries of tradition of being welcoming and accommodating.
For the record, let me know if you need a translator or interpreter, I could help you with that (free of charge) and would be happy to do so. Myself, I specialise in Polish<>English written translation but I know some solid people, including dedicated interpreters and translators working with different European languages. Could recommend a law firm or tax consultancy too for that matter.
