Can you provide more specifics of the problem so that I can fix it? Because not that many people report this issue, and I am pretty sure that somewhere in this thread people provided a fix for it.

I own the NA version of SC2. If I use this program, does that mean I can get access to the Korean server even if I don't buy the Korean client? Also, will my NA server data (my wins, losses, league, rank) be safe if I decide to switch back over to NA?

Your Battle.net account will automatically be given an SC2 Starter Edition for the Korean server. I have the EU client, i wanna keep playing the EU client, can i change the voices to korean voices and not relocalize the entire thing? Just connect to Korean launcher and download Korean voice pack. ALso it's boring, espanol voice pack is more epic, especially Protoss Executor and Zerg Queen

Try to relocalize back to what it was and see if SC2 brings up, if not, then I think somehow your SC2 files are corrupted.

Go over all the subfolders in your NA sc2 folder and copy everything with "enUS" in the filename over to your KR client (copy to the corresponding path) It is mentioned somewhere in the thread. It is probably easier to let your client download the files itself tho.

I'm in Europe and want to play on the EU server with KR sounds. When I want to download the KR sound asset, I got this error message : http://i.imgur.com/GHRvo.png Which means in english: "An internal error has occurred. Please start again. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Customer Support Team." I don't know what I am doing wrong. ![]()

You just need to delete some temporary files. Try search through this thread. Sorry!
