While Golden for North American standards has good results he is not that marketable nor are his results from that calibre that you just "make room" to fit him in your team. | ||

Don't presume that they are so silly to instantly recruit someone just for them to look like they are 'on the top', when it is far better to take someone who you know will be a fit (team/player expectations meeting) | ||
