Well, speaking in French allows him to be less stereotypical because of two things I think : 1/ he masters way more the subtleties of this language, and 2/ he is less forced to embody his role-play character when he is into the French scene. EDIT : If I was allowed to post in French, my posts would have been better too :p

I don't have the time needed to rework the phrasing or write down all errors I noticed, but if you have the time LeLfe, really, ask someone to proof it again :s It'd be a shame to keep so many errors in an interview of this quality, they are really rare.

Having said that it's disappointing he doesn't seem to have a "passion" for the game like Naniwa. It seems, for him, it's essentially "I can make some money, travel... I'll do it for a bit, why not". Not blaming him for it whatsoever, it's a completely reasonable way to think but, as a fan, I wish he had more fire for the game. Michael Jordan is an easy example. I wouldn't want to be friends with him but he was a good player to be a fan of as he let nothing come between him and being the best.

I like the frankness of both the interviewer and the interviewee. There's lots of interviews out there where players dicuss the game, but it's great to learn a bit more about their true personalities and how they view their career. I wish I had been able to have a chat with him at the NASL!
