Besides team houses in Korea work DUE to coaches and strict training times.
Just playing and talking with like minded people can very well be done comfortably from your own home over the internet with skype and what not.
your assuming that just because the housemates aren't on the same team, that they wont help each other.

Maximum of 12 players will live in the house at any given time, improving their skills under a watchful eye of a professional StarCraft 2 coach(es), aided by a full-time house manager as well as a cook and a cleaner.
We are making a professional training center, which means that we train people living here personally and peculiarly. We are going to use techniques yet unknown for e-sports, but known for professional athletes already.
By focusing on each player and his progress individually, giving him the best possible environment for improvement, we believe that our methods will be effective and will improve the skill acquisition by players.

This sounds so professional. I'm a firm believer in Destiny's skills, if he can focus on the game and have a good environment he will be a very strong foreign player.

Ps mid june is a good time to go to Poland, European Championship will be in Poland/Ukraine at that time (football).
Im not sure im so glad Destiny is joining MoW tbh. To me he seems unprofessional, badmannered, loud and not much eager for improvement. I think there is a lot of players who deserve the spot before him. I hope he proves me wrong.
