You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody. Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. | ||

Its disgraceful. In the past month i have played agaisnt two maphackers. I'm also in diamond. I have the replays and reported them to Blizzard. I was going to put them here but since the thread is "GM" hacking I didn't think anyone would care. For some reason i don't remember the first game, but the second game I made a proxy, and the second I put down the pylon, like literally that same second, the enemy took a SCV and sent it where I had made the pylon. Withouth moving the camera even. EDIT watching the replay again he did move the camera....straight to the area I had planted a pylon. But ok right, could be a weird super unlikely coincidence right? But then... I made a second proxy, to the right. Like, I continued the proxy on the left, made a gateway or something, and on the right side of the map in his third I made a proxy and then a battery and a stargate. He killed the first one. and like 1 minute later the guy takes his army and sends it straight to my second Proxy, without scouting it at all, and it was not in the path to my base or anything, there was no reason to go there. But he misscalculated and as VR came out and a new warp-in as well as the batteries I was able to push back his army and eventually win the game ROFL. A decent actual diamond player would have beat me, but it was obvious this guy was only on diamond cause of the hack. | ||

Map hacking slowed down for a long time, but with Blizzard's distancing themselves from SC2 I can see it picking up again. I'd really encourage you guys to upload *all* replays of people you play here so we can get a comprehensive list. | ||

I watch replays of people attack moving their drone scout to proxied raxes and playing completely blind. I watch the camera movements on their vision. I'd post the replay but dont wanna violate the rules since it says masters/GM only. Thats fine if lower league experiences don't qualify, blizzard doesn't ban map hackers anyways. I know my weaknesses as a player and a map hack wouldn't put me into masters 1 no matter what. I'm not going to say every time I lose its vs a map hacker, I'm just saying they exist at all levels. | ||
