Pretty sure only Nestea will get out of here alive.

Go MC, stomp that group!

I wonder how much a difference there is being in the 5 man groups, less opponents to practice for, but each game is weighted so much more heavily. Of course since top 2 advance and your chances go up it has to be a net positive.

A: Nestea, JYP (Nestea should win this, JYP hoping)
B: Puzzle, aLive (Puzzle only two match-ups to practice and really solid, aLive been playing well)
C: Polt, Ryung (Polt best in group imo, really hoping Ryung sticks around)
D: MC, Virus (MC is BossToss, Viruses are annoying as fuck)
E: MMA, MKP (Easy picks, others would be upsets)

B is hardest group though. Very even overall.

Allthough i'm counting MMA will be 1st or 2nd to advance in that group i don't think it will be easy for him because his TvP is awfull...If it was MMA we've seen before i would say he will not advance but he chose MC as his opponent in MLG spring 2 so he might be confident on his TvP.

well it's always been quality over quantity with Korean Zergs.

DRG, Leenock, Symbol, Yugioh, and Sniper so far isn't too bad. 3/5 of those are among the best.

Only major one not in yet surprisingly is Nestea.

After being in every season since the first open and every code S this could be combo breaker o.O

Just so you know OP, you linked to ZeNEX Line's BW TLPD, not his WoL one.
TL Mafia. Love it. Play it. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/index.php?show_part=31 I find Kennigit really attractive. If anyone has a picture of him please feel free to PM it to me.

A: NesTea + JYP (Byun could make it though)

B: Alive + Curious (Anyone could take this though the whole group is damn good)

C: Jjakji + Polt

D: MC + Seed

E: MKP + MMA

Group B should give us some amazing matches.

I fear for MMA. His TvT has been in a slight slump lately, and with only one zerg in his group this could be difficult.

Group B is ridiculously talented, but Curious and Puzzle have a good chance I feel seeing as how they're only preparing for vT and one match against each other.

that B group is ridiculous... I never seen a Code S group that stacked, and this is up and down. Those games are going to be a gem watching. Can't wait. Group A is pretty hard as well.

MC lucked out, Marineking and MMa will win that group.

Firstly, I may have missed something here but no international seeds? Surely they could've found someone to take them? Secondly, wow... 6 Startale players in Up and down to add to the 2 already through to Code S (3 if you include Naniwa in StartaleQ)... They must be doing a pretty good practise regime...

Maybe it's time for GOM to drop the terms "Code S" and "Code A". They're all top players, and anyone of those can beat any other player in the GSL. It feels terrible when you're as good as any other player and being called a "Code A player".

Maybe they should up the production in Code A and try to get more fans/viewers to watch Code A. Seems like players are "forgotten" as Ganzi said when they drop to Code A. Live report threads also don't even make it to 80 pages most of the time while Code S groups almost always go over 100 pages.

All they need to do it bring back Moletrap and that's good enough for me to watch Code A again. I stopped watching after he left GOM.

I always felt like code a was not worth watching, but the last few seasons the level was so high, I decided to watch more.

It's just that the only caster i really like is artosis atm (for gsl, that is..)

edit: Moletrap can stay away ): ):
Sorry, matter of taste, i guess

In my opinion, Moletrap is a top 5 analytical caster. He is pretty on par with the likes of Day9, Artosis, and Apollo. To me, he is the perfect caster, not Code S because I enjoy Tastosis, but high Code A. He has that golden voice that most radio broadcasters wish they have as well as the game and metagame knowledge and understanding. He is one of the elite and perfect casters. I wish GOM paid him more than OGN as his only flaw is greed.
