I could combine the the foreigners with koreans, to find the best two of each race, but it likely wont be very close... The alternative is to create two groups of 6 and have: A) #1 Korean terran, #1 korean protoss, #1 foreign zerg, #2 korean zerg, #2, foreign terran, #2 foreign protoss B) #2 Korean terran, #2 korean protoss, #2 foreign zerg, #1 korean zerg, #1 foreign terran, #1 foreign protoss And the top 2/3 advance into one final group, that's what I was planning, again if there are any alternatives, feel free to suggest. Edit: I wonder how much Naniwas win is going to influence the Protoss foreigner poll now too.

Same here. Most people can definitely agree on the top 2-3 Terrans and Zergs, but with the exception of MC, the top Protosses are a little bit less easy to get down.

Considering that MMA has had a couple of bad tournament runs recently while MKP has basically smashed everything, I think it's reasonable to put him as the best Terran in the world. If Mvp didn't have his wrist-injuries I think he would still be the scariest player in the world. His play(when he was on top) was imo the closest to flawless SC2 we have seen yet. In some of his games it was basically impossible (for me at least) to point out any flaws.

Isn't this thread supposed to find out who is the scariest player at the moment? Because if so, then i'd put both of them above IdrA. Edit: Hey, I'm a dragoon!

He is the best Terran player in the world right now though. Best Terran? I'm not convinced that there is a best Terran. MVP held that title for periods in 2011, but even he couldn't hold on to that distinction for long. I would agree that right now MKP might be the "hottest" player in the sense that he has done very well recently, but he still needs to prove himself in the GSL (he hasn't made any Ro8 or better performances in Code S since the Super Tournament, though he did get 2nd in Code A since then). I wish people would give aLive a bit more credit though, even though he bombed out of this season of GSL early. He did make Ro4 and Ro8 runs in the GSL, and won IPL 4.

Nerchio is 5-0 or smth. like that against Idra. I think, he had a time, where he was by far the scariest foreigner and won basically every single online-cup. Sure, he isn´t as accomplished as Idra in big tournaments, but he constantly 2-0 or 3-0 all the big names in europe and while that alone doesn´t make him more succesfull, I think it made him very scary at this point. I don´t see him (Idra) that far ahead against Dimaga or Sen historically either. Generally I think, that there is a difference between the scariest and the best player. For example in the korean terran vote I would see MKP as the best player right now, but I think MVP is still scarier, because he can beat anyone at anytime and make them look like scrubs. It is just that aura of being the final boss, which MVP or MC have. Other examples would be Flash/Jaedong/Bisu or other high-level broodwar-player. They surely will not be the best players on the day, they switch over, but if you see their name on your loading scream, you will be extremly afraid, despite knowing that, because you know, what they are able to do.

Just imagine, you are a pro and you are in the final of some tournament and the other semi-final is MKP vs. MVP. I would be more afraid of playing MVP. But I guess, that that is just my personal opinion.
