Same here. I click "Subscribe with Paypal", then enter my credentials as usual and actually get logged in to Paypal (varified thru paypal.com), but then an error message ("unfortunately, cannot process your request right now") appears in the popup and the processing stops.

Please fix, IPL/Twitch.tv?

OK, so I purchased the IGN monthly subscription, just like I paid for IGN Prime last year. All was good until I visited the IPL channel to check that everything works and the chat tells me "Sorry, you are banned from this chat room."

Sorry, what? I haven't visited your Twitch channel since IPL3, why am I banned? Did someone in my IP subnet do something?

IPL guys, please sort this out. My IP address is 78.105.30.83, the Twitch username is "artjomh". Since I subscribed to you, I kind of expect to not be banned for my trouble, right?

PayPal payment for the subscription seems to not work from Germany or a german PayPal account.
