I almost exclusivly play 1v1. Dont normally play on the arcade. I played brood war as a kid but very uncompetitivly. I only played the campaign lol. I love my hotkey setup now I have a some keys switched around but nothing like The Core, if you have heard of that. (I tried that out for a day or 2 and switched back to my other hotkey setup). I do need some time to do homework because Im in my first year of college. | ||

That way I know what im doing right and doing wrong. At the moment I “kinda” now what I`m doing but it`s not consistent. I read a post earlier today: I spent most my life in an academic environment: school, then university. In all those years I've had someone to look over me and teach me: a proffessor or a teacher or even a book. Everything was solvable by hardwork and descipline. There was no hidden knowledge, no guesses, no doubt. The path was clear, the system was there and it was there to teach me and all I had to do was to trust it and work hard. However while I'm trying to play starcraft 2 it's the opposite; I don't really know what I should practice. Should I even be playing games or making some drills? This doubt keeps demotivating me. I always wished I had someone to guide me in the right path and tell me what to focus on. I don't know if that's a weakness but I really need a coach, I really need someone that I can trust so I can work hard knowing that my hard work and effort are spent in the right place and direction. I've been doing some very low level (low bronze to high silver) coaching on stream the last few days and am going to keep it a daily thing, since it seems to be helpful. Brief description about you: Im a 19 year old Australian Protoss, looking to eventually get into masters, but for now, looking to use my previous experince giving and recieving coaching to help some lower league players improve. Just some responses i've had from my coaching previously. ------------------------------------ Just had a session with Synizta, it's my first ever coaching session by anyone, and it was good, can't say great cause I haven't had a serious one with him yet? Like I would play and he would guide etc. But for such an initiative whereby his doing it for free, it's super awesome and sweet. Chadmann was there to help as well, really great too so thanks for that Chad! Also met EvilSwat, a fellow Singaporean.  Great voice, although the accent was a little bit hard to grasp initially for a Singaporean like myself, but it was all good -- Apostrophe. ----------------------------------- I'll take this opportunity to vouch for the quality of coaching the two fine gentlemen here can provide. As stated above, my first game against Chad was standard Wood League gameplay (non-existent army, laughable forcefield placement (that's right, only one forcefield), 2 forges with no upgrades queued; the works, basically). That's when Chad and Synizta started to constantly give me on-the-fly feedback, build recommendations, army compositions and so on. I have learned much more in 2 hours with them than the past 2 months which I've used to gank the Bronze ladder. I am sure that many people will benefit from the training and assistance they will provide, which in turn will make this community a much better place to play in. -- EvilSwat --------------------------------------- Will add more, if anyone is nice enough to wrote up a response after a session! =p | ||

I also need help with my ZvZ because I'm scared to macro ZvZ. I also would like to know what time I have to saturate all 3 bases by because in my eyes it seems as if i'm not saturating my 3rd fast enough. | ||
