I honestly haven't come across that yet, and more often than not, the team is being externally branded/described as Envy (Nv), rather than Invidia, which was my intent. | ||

EG: I don't think we'll be getting sponsored by ATi any time soon with the name "Invidia" for the most extreme example  . | ||

I'm seriously surprised about you guys who are acting like you're lawyers and saying it's not trademark infringement. If any of you actually are, perhaps it would be a good idea to state that, so we can take your opinion a bit more seriously? IMO it is far from clear cut that there's no infringement.
