He's grandmasters on all three races (at least according to day9 himself). and I don't doubt it either because he was quite good at SC:BW. haha Yah it is fairly well known he is or was in GM with all three. It shouldn't be hard for someone of his starcraft knowledge to make it either considering he is on the North American server.

source for day9 being grandmaster? as in, where can i watch it myself?

This was debated over and over. Our only proof is the word of Day9. If he lies to us .... than that's that. Until then, he had 3 GM accounts as far as I am concerned.

Did he say he had 3 GM accounts ever?
I only remember saying he was a GM level player (presumably MMR wise?). And tbh it's quite likely he can reach GM on NA, all kinds of random people are in GM on NA, and even more so were before Koreans started smurfing there.
But with his activity it's almost impossible that he would keep 3 accounts in there.

He confirmed the rumor on an episode from state of the game.

He mentioned it while playing Amnesia, and then confirmed it on SoTG (drunk one?) when a viewer asked him about it.

The point was that he had at one moment 3 accounts on each race in GM. He specifically said that with his schedule he can't keep them up there.

It was one of the recent ones, maybe somewhere in the last 3 or 4?
But he never said he had 3 accounts iirc, just that he was GM level / in GM.

this... i saw the episode, he did not say "i have 3 accounts in GM".... he said "i am GM level with all 3 races" which is an entirely different thing.

damn.. the own3dtv screen is black for me. Can't see
|
He did not just say that. He also said,
"With that said, I think being grandmasters means you play with a certain regularity and I haven't recently, so I wouldn't consider myself a grandmasters player." But he alluded to having all 3 accounts as grandmasters within a few weeks of the episode.
