Q: How does it feel to win the opening match of GSTL?
A: It feels really good to start the GSTL this way. We are confident that we will play even better in the next match.
Q: Today's victory means you have already qualified for the next stage
A: If I'm not wrong, our next match will be played against the winner of Zenex and oGs. We will prepare well for the next match. For the games today, Crank was our team's secret weapon. We might have other secret weapons in the upcoming matches. Please watch for it.
Q: You were deployed when your team was 2:3 down. Was it sooner than you had expected? Did you volunteer to play?
A: The coaching team thought it was the appropriate time, and so they sent me to play. This decision was from analysing the few upcoming maps and winning percentages.
Q: You seemed very strong against Leenock.
A: It might be because I countered the way he plays. As a result, the game went quite smoothly. Other Terrans seem to find playing against him a huge difficulty, but it seems like my playstyle just totally counters his. Moreover, my TvZ records have always been very good in practice. Most importantly, I also had the coaching team who helped me with the analysis and the setting of the strategies.
Q: Today's match is the first match for Boxer as a coach. Was there the desire to give him a victory today as a gift?
A: I am so glad to be able to give him his first victory. Even though it's only 1 victory now, there will be many more GSTL matches in the future, and we hope to give him 10 wins, 20 wins, or even 100 wins. We hope he will become the first coach with 100 wins in GSTL.
Q: Even though you do really well in the individual leagues, you do even better as a finisher in GSTL.
A: GSTL has a thrill to it that comes from it being a team competition. I was very excited on the way here too, and even when sitting on the bench, I was anxious, yet expectant. I play better when placed under such situations.
Also, before I went to bed last night, I rewatched the games against fOu last year. That time, I defeated sC and Gumiho to clinch victory. After watching those games, I gained even more confidence, and it really helped in today's games.
Q: What are your thoughts regarding the changes to the competition format?
A: It feels really unstable, because if you screw up once, the team might just fall. However, because it's been changed to a best of 9, it allows more players to take the stage, and I'm really pleased with that.
Q: You are the only team who has won the GSTL twice. Who do you think is your biggest competitor?
A: I think it is MVP. Even before they won the tournament last season, I already thought they were really strong. They have strong players from every race, and they have an even spread of players amongst the three races. They are the closest to a winning team.
Also, I know the players on their team very well. Very often when we get together and chat, it gives me the feeling that they have the most united team.

Clide hyung prepared really well for today's games as well, but he didn't play well due to a mis-set hotkey. He is very sad now, and I hope he will pick himself up. Also hope that Puzzle will forget his loss today and prepare well for the next match. In addition, I want to thank those that have prepared to come on to play after me.
