What about that is awful? "Hey, be on our team, don't do anything, don't represent the team, don't represent yourself, don't perform well, just stay here." What fairytale land to people live in where complete and utter apathy should be respected, rewarded, or tolerated? I know it sucks to see someone have to go, but it's not like EG is heartlessly removing them--they have legitimate reason to do so and they should if they want to progress forward and be the best.

Being in a team though involves responsibilities to sponsors and the team to represent the team, not just get results (that said, if they were bringing in major results [say, winning MLG], that would probably be good representation, but as it is they are not bringing in super good results, nor are they representing the team much) At the very least it's ironic that a TL staffer got bashed for questioning the value of the EG team house and the performance of the lesser players, with the argument being that it takes quite a bit of time in the team house environment for results to begin to show....and then they get kicked a month or so later.

Also, I think it's that players have to show EITHER results or popularity. I mean, InC doesn't have the best torunament results atm but he is one of the most out-there, prolific progamers. For example JYP and Puma aren't very outgoing or (foreign)-community mainstays, but they are good. Add to to that the fact, that with good results there usually comes popularity, I would still see this as a performance-related thing.

given how many koreans are free agents atm, it seems unlikely they will get picked up by a sick team that pays well.

But results are also important. Hopefully Axslav will still stream. Good luck to both of them for the future!

Kinda liked Axslav, he seemed to get better and better aswell to bad he did not have the personality that Incontrol has, because let's be honest he's the better player of the two. Goodluck guys i hope you find a nice team.
