If TSL does lose Alive, then I would hope Polt and Hyun would be looking for a new team; both probably wouldn't have a hard time doing so.
I'm still going with Moon with Fnatic/TSL team-up announcement. That actually makes a ton of sense. If ToD/ Rain are already practising there, that could very well indicate a partnership. Also, this turnout would probably be the best for everyone - TSL could send more players to foreign tourneys and Fnatic would have better acess to the korean scene. Let's hope you are right. Well everytime I've watched ToDs stream the latest week he's been at GOMhouse, so don't know really.

I wouldn't be adverse to some kind of TSL/Fnatic partnership, that could be cool...
...I would be massively upset if TSL have lost aLive though, I mean seriously how can they not manage to hold onto anyone ><

Wow really cool if its both Alive and Moon. That would really put fanatic back i the top teams again.

I just really wonder what is wrong with them and why players keep wanting to leave/get poached by other teams.
A partnership really makes sense though with Moon being added to them team (and playing full-time)...

Polt has no desire to go back to Prime whatsoever, this is factually inaccurate.

Didn't polt leave prime because of Hongun, who is now on eS? Or am I wrong?
edit: not sure if it's relevant, but GOM lists Alive as teamless: http://www.gomtv.net/records/playerInfo.gom?option=view&playerid=10806

Looking at MC's profile it lists him as SK_MC without a team. Seems that they do get updated pretty fast so whether alive joins fnatic or not, he's probably left TSL at the very least.

I hope Polt, Hyun & co stick with them at least "/

Well, if fnatic really picked alive, I have a question
What do teams really get for recruiting a player from a Korean team? Isn't it more simple to have some kind of partnership with the player like sk had with mc and nada? Or do they really want the player to wear their colors at the GSL?

Alive is in Code S, the biggest tournament in Starcraft 2.
Him wearing a Fnatic jersey in GSL = good exposure for sponsors, etc.

As others have shown, the picture in the OP is most likely Moon.
I'd love to see Moon in more Western tournaments.

Rain, ToD and aLive are all no longer staying in the TSL house, and have not for a while now.

Moon seems likely though it could be anyone with recent trades.
