one thing I love about eSahara is that they focus more on improving the player rather than picking up the best players.

Absolutely, but just wait and there will be some elitist whining/mocking them because its lesser known players going to Korea instead of superstars like Idra and Thorzain.

I don't understand why teams send players that are "okay" in hopes of them getting better. It doesn't exactly work like that.

Wow, awesome that u can give ur players the opportunity. But I personally don't think that they will achieve anything notable there. I have seen them play a lot lately and I _personally_ think they are just mediocre EU players.
