You heard it here first: Idra knocked down to Code A after first round in Code S. Wins his life-or-death, loses next round. GG

I really do hope idra shines, hes so good, yet so bad(mentally) Dont want to assume that he'll get cheezed in his first game, which will piss him off enough to screw the rest of the games up.

Nice to see that Terran is still suffering from the EMP nerf... GomTvT all day every day At least there are very few people that look out of place, every group is pretty rough. (Unless you play Inca, you should probably prepare for DT's and get your free win if you do.) Also sucks for oGs and group B; there has to be at least one teamkill.
The most exciting thing about these brackets... Boxer has a decent chance to make it out of his group!

With all the time off for most players, I hope to see a bunch of crazy strategies and surprises from players in terms of play refinement. Cannot wait for 2012.

Actually I think Idra got easiest group (for him) in terms of a chance of advancing. Yes he will lose to MvP, but the rest is ZvZ and mirror matchups, especially ZvZ and PvP are the ones where Koreans do not really dominate that much. Against 90% of P or T groups out there I would not give him much chance, but in ZvZ I think he can quite nicely advance.

Grack. I believe. On Tuesday January 3rd at 3:33:33pm West Coast USA Time. I type that you will win Code S this season. IdrA fighting.

Am I the only one who feels like Idra is going to beat Nestea without a problem? Nestea has been playing like absolute crap recently.

You and almost half the internet at this point...
I'm not even kidding, I feel like half the forum boards are saying exactly the samething you're saying to the point that it feels like it's 50-50 even though it really should be an upset.

idra saw the group and he gg'ed

That group would have been much more interesting with Naniwa.

What he is good at is multi-tasking, so just have to stop those drops! In KSL he got owned by MVPFinale I'm not trying to say fOrGG isn't beatable, but that loss says very little. His entire build was designed to abuse the low-ground on Tal Darim to kill P's natural. With Finale expanding far away, (not because of any great foresight, but because an e-bay was blocking his nat) fOrGG's build was completely nullified from the start. Just consider, when Finale broke the pseudo-contain fOrGG had set up in an attempt to at least do something, fOrGG hadn't even started stim, any infantry upgrade or a third CC yet. He made a really good game out of it considering. Well that was more fOrGG shooting himself in the foot then. He wanted Finale to make his second base in his nat yet he blocked and basically gave Finale the choice. 1. You will first kill my ebay and it will take you longer for your second base. 2. You will expand somewhere else. I say Finale picked the right choice by not delaying his expo. No, Finale made a bad decision that ended up helping him. Had Fin opted for standard play, Finale would have been hard pressed to defend his main with drops and far away expo. It's one of the reasons you shouldn't fe to gold on metalopolis.

This is gonna be one exciting season

Polt (KR/TW ladder GM 1~3 atm) crushed IdrA on ladder and typical IdrA typed "This is ridiculous. You are awoful" recently.
How does IdrA plan to defeat MVP?

How does IdrA plan to defeat MVP? He won't MVP is too good TvZ and with Idra's mind set no contest.
He might be able to sneak out of his group by beating Nestea and Lucky but I don't see that happening...
In my opinion he is gonna go 1-2 in his group drop to code A maybe win 1 or two games(Depending on bracket) then drop out of GSL next season.

Gives Idra free Code S spot. Has to win vs #1-2 GSL point leaders (and top of their respective races). Gets blamed for going down to Code A.

Imagine if it was Naniwa in group B. Seems like that group was made to kill Naniwa except Idra took the spot.. *dun dun dun*
