I actually like Idra's group. Really gives him the opportunity to shake things up.

This was the Round of 32 groups, so it was RNG-generated.

Lol Group B/C going to be so hard. Feel sorry for BoxeR as well, being thrown into a tough group for him to overcome.

Group B will be exciting for SuperNoVa vs Fin, as SuperNoVa completely dominated GuMiho on Calm before the Storm with excellent Banshee control and macro into Mech-play, while Fin destroyed Polt as well.

It's probably going to come down to Leenock/MC and SuperNoVa/Fin.

Zenio also stands a good chance of getting out, with Zenio being good at ZvZ, YuGiOh sucking at ZvT and MMA probably going to dominate the group. He'll just have to beat GuMiho or YuGiOh again to take second place.

Groups B, C and D are really tough.
Just looking at who I think will top each group: Group A is easy win for Jjakji, Group B I think Leenock should make it through but wouldn't be surprised if a minor upset occurs. Group C - MVP + someone else, probably Nestea, cannot see Idra qualifying with basically only zvz's aside from playing zvt against MVP lol. Group D anyone could win but I saw some improved form from Bomber so I reckon he will take top spot, Group E is easy win for MMA, Group F I think probably DRG, Group G I reckon Brown who has been red hot, Group H i think is a fairly weak group on current form and I think Nada could take it depending on how his tvp is atm, he looked good in his last lot of games.
Mess with the best, die like the rest!

Well thats what I think will happen in the group of Death (Group B)

Leenock > SuperNova
MC < ForGG
Leenock > ForGG
MC > Leenock
ForGG > SuperNoVa
SuperNoVa ? MC

Damn...

So MVP has just under 2 weeks to practice nothing but TvZ? So he can play every map he needs with every build possible for 12 days?

Yeah I don't see him losing to this group

crazy brackets!

MVP AND NESTEA IN SAME GROUP? I hope idra doesn't make it out. If it's MVP and Idra instead of MVP and Nestea I will be sad!

Omg Boxer and Ganzi in same group T_T with jjakji T_T and even Sen T_T. If boxer advances, he must feel bad for Sen/Ganzi especially Ganzi. He will have advanced for the 2nd time in a row thanks to a teammate (or rather, having to beat a teammate).

WTF IS THIS. sC Genius and DRG all in the same group? that's sad MVP's best of each race in 1 group haha.

Good thing MC only has 1 zerg in his group. But it's leenock xD. And Fin might be hard to beat.

Btw who is "Z" lol. Is that Oz?

Oh well. It should be interesting though

This is bullshit. oGs's three best players are in the same group, and supernova and fin have to prepare for each match up.

Leenock will crush ForGG, and the hype will be calmed.

Cant see him losing to the Terrans, but MC will be tough.

Lmao is all I can say to IdrAs group, but he somehow deserves to be with MVP and NesTea >D

i completely agree with the first two points. Leenock has great zvt

I'm not so sure that Sen has a good shot, he has a reasonable chance against Boxer, but I wouldn't pick him over Jjakji or Ganzi. Neither of them are undefeatable, but they are both pretty good ZvT players. Idra has a better chance, he'll probably beat lucky, and his chances against Nestea are really only a little worse than 50-50 with how Nestea has been doing recently. MVP is by no means undefeatable for idra either (though he is a definite favorite). Overall though its pretty bad for foreigners, they got pretty unlucky, especially when there are some pretty weak groups (F-H for example).

F-H are ridiculous too. With the exception of a few players, all are top 10 within their races. I wouldn't favor Idra or Sen in any group as top 2.

I mean, its code S so everyone is good, but relatively speaking there are some stacked groups. As for whether or not either of them would be favored, they both were destined to have a rough time, but Sen could do better than being placed in a group with 2 of the best TvZers in the world, and Idra could do better than being placed in a group with Nestea and MVP.

If Idra can get out of that group it ill be ridiculous. I don't like group B either I hope Forgg and MC get out. I also feel bad for Boxer because I really wanted him to go far but he got a pretty tough group, but I think he should do well.

Well, I hope Idra can ZvZ his way outta there. I think Sen has a decent chance against Boxer and Ganzi.

I'm sorry, I think IdrA has a chance of making it out of his group. Nestea is falling in a HUGE way, and MVP, while still dominant, isn't playing as well as he used to. I've never personally thought he was the best terran, personally preferring MMA, because he's the more creative terran. And I think we know IdrA can beat someone who's never been in code S before, so don't lose hope. IdrA can do it.
Edit:Leenock can beat EVERYONE in his group, with the exception of MC being a bit of a challenge. I expect nothing less than him dominating
Well, C9 is the best right now
