The first image is obviously about videos, or more likely streams.
The second seems to be about "changing shirts" or perhaps changing the public image of team liquid to a darker image.
The third is a new player, who's been blacked out, probably because they're a relatively unknown player.

Video is an announcement of a patnership with another team than OGS?
As for the shirts, its probably a new partnership since you see 2 lighter shade shirts uniting into the dark one in the forefront.
The third is a member of OGS joining TL with their new partnership is my guess. Since Huk left for EG and Ret moved out of Korea, I don't really see the point of maintaining the OGS-Liquid house. MC has the best english of their team and Zenio flat out left OGS so who knows!

They are definitely getting new jerseys, that was mentioned in the selling of the TL shirts, the movie might be the sc documentary that was in the works awhile back, and the new player (this is obvious) will be Zenio.
