But I still think that alot of this comes down to Sixjax directing it at Juans BM and problems to take the blame off themselves, Sixjax is shady as hell in my book.

You mean he's happy or full of joy/mirth at this point/the standard english definition year 1178 and not the slang version? (always the real def for tolkien's books). Of course he'd be glad to have left at this point since he seems to be used/taken advantage of... He would most likely improve greatly by training/living in korea anyways. Give me a fucking break. First of all, if they aren't paying for you to go to MLG, they can't afford to hire a lawyer to sue you in the first place. Second of all, you probably can't get sued because there are a ton of ways to get out of it. Third, and this is probably most important of all, the only reason they would ever sue you is for damages. These damages would have to cover the amount of money they use to sue you (hiring a lawyer that they can't afford) and not to mention, you would have to have money in the first place. Given that you are all gamers playing 9-5 for months on end (as mentioned in your post), I doubt you have any fucking money whatsoever. So therefore "lol not a single player would be on Sixjax right now if they weren't afraid of being sued" is a fucking load of shit. Walk away from the clan if you feel like it, seriously. | ||

Designed to trick people out of their money, by adveritisng claims that are true, but only within their own narrow terms. Once i visited the sixjax site I was amazed that A:this kind of business is legal. B: this kind of business would sponsor something. | ||
