RootPrincess/SixjaxMajor caught smurfing in tourny - Page 28

Page 26 and onwards I will issue at least two day bans to anyone who clearly has not read the original topic post and the explanations contained therein. He was barred access to the event days before the actual event took place and used some random diamond player his account to try and get in anyway.

Leave the racial bias at the door while you are at it as well pretty please.

Yeah, seems like it.

He still tried to sneak his way into a tournament though, so even if he wasn't trying to fake citizenship he was disrespecting tournament rules.

I think one pathetic excuse for a progamer is enough for this thread. And Juan already took that spot so you can leave now.

Maybe in the grand scheme of things, this incident is not the Watergate for e-sports, but for the people who put their time/money as a player/host for this event, it's a huge deal to have someone blatantly disrespect the admins and intentionally cheat in a tourney designed to encourage local e-sports.

What I read out of these chats is that Maj0r did think u were allowed to play if you have a SEA account so he bought one. Afterwards he was told he just burned 50 bucks for nothing.
I dont think any1 wouldnt have taken the oppourtunity to play as a smurf. He feeled like he wasnt able to play cause the admins didnt like him (since he states that other ppl were allowed). So he wanted to get some of his money back and since there was no clear official message about in the official thread that only citizens are able to participate it was "ok" for him.

Im not going to defend someone who doesnt follow the rules but in this case its kind of understandable. I think both sides made errors and I dont think MajOr will do this again.

Next time the admins should be clear about the rules - and by that I mean you should write the right rules in every official spot. Talking to 1 person to say one way about the rules and stating the other way in an official thread makes people angry/ feel betrayed etc.

Anyways I dont like how the Pros/representatives/admins of the scence etc talk in this thread.
1) Dont make such a thread. This is just childish BM.
2) Dont be offensive/aggressive if you are a player/caster/admin. You still are a representative of SC2 and slow dont the grow of esports if you behave like this. Show some proffessionalism.
3) Dont talk about stuff that shouldnt be talked about (e.g Endrey stating he wanted MajOr to participate in a SHowmatch/stuff. You knew the risks and its still his choice to play or not to play)
4) Show professionalism! Dont be a drama Queen
5) see 4)

I feel sad for SC2 right now cause there are still people who cant take the responsibility or cant handle being in the spotlight. You guys are truly hurting Esports.
If you dont like somebody just keep if with yourself.
If you are upset by a player: talk to his team. Make clear that they have to punish him. Only post if the team acts dickish. No need for these threads

Did u really read the thread? did you not see that it clearly says"YOU ARE NOT A CITIZEN OF SOUTH EAST ASIA SORRY!" they are talking about in starcraft 2 .. how do you miss soothing like that?

I did. Did you? Cause it seems that MajOr didnt understand first what that means (he is still Mexican). Then he talks about other ppl who were supposed to be participating. And then he talks about a citizen that isnt living in SEA at that moment. DO you really think MajOr knew what "citizen" means?

I thought TL would be the place of mannered and nice ppl. But it seems taht most ppl are only able to yell at each other in an unfriendly tone.

What does him being hispanic have to do with not knowing what citizenship is.

English isnt his mother tongue. Nothing more nothing less. Dont know about his school education but I know that ppl arent good at english at his age when english isnt your mother tongue. Its like this in Germany, France, etc I dont assume Mexico to have a far superior school system/education than Germany. If so Id be ptretty proud about Mexico and sad about Germany/Europe.

I assume you wanted to think Im right winged. Especially because Im from Germany? Well Germans are a lot more cool than you think. We learned from the failure of our ancestors :>

I do understand the point your making here. Truth be told, I'm an ESL kid myself! Although now I don't speak spanish anymore so yeah :l
The ruminations are mine, let the world be yours.

I mean lapses in knowledge are common.

Remember when Justin Beiber didnt know what "German" meant?

that's irrelevant. When the guy who made the tourney says you can't play, that's it. Dox could of said that major is ugly, or he doesn't like the look of his socks, the point is that major just plain knew what he was doing was wrong. Bloke just wanted to smash in and take some cash.
