I see no SEA but i don't care as much. We get NA access anyway! so it's like we play EU players too! I guess it's fair, since I assume linking with KOR TW would be the best link up for us. Though I believe I'd be pushed way down to bronze if that ever occurred (and probably most of the plat/dias)

edit: oh wait I thought it was going to be NA LA + EU RU together. lol my mistake.

well...I guess it still makes sense since SEA+ANZ are a lot of countries already. and like I said, we get NA access anyway.

Interesting. I wonder if the affected servers are happy with this or not. It will make GM tougher because its limited to 200. But it seems like every merge is from a weaker server to a tougher server. I'm guessing that the side that gets their MMR reset will suffer about 1 rank drop.

KR/Taiwan might be different though. Sure KR is tough but Taiwan has a lot of pro players. KR GM is going to be even more difficult.

For those who are saying that probably will get some lag with Brazilians on the server, it will not change anything. The LA server is already at the same location of NA server and we dont have any lag.

The linking will be nice for LA players, since we will be able to find games faster than now.

Gotta wonder if players like Sen will be affected (positively) by this change at all.

I mean if he's practicing on the Korean server all the time, will this patch help his latency?

People worried about Brazillian BM, I don't get BMed as often playing on LA as I do playing on NA.

We're famous to be the biggest trolls ever on MMORPGs (check some wow servers like Warsong or Gurubashi and you will see it). But atleast until now most people on LA is very mature, I hope we keep it that way.

Seriously though, as long as this doesn't cause lag issues I don't see an issue with it.

I'm not normally one to propagate stereotypes and such, but that has been the bane of much of my mmorpg experience.

Either way, it'll be nice to get more people to play against for 1v1.
