I'm not sure when you guys had this completely lined up by, but you must be pretty happy to see him make it into one of the bigger Western events to start with =)

How about you just forget about whereever the guy playing popped out of his mother and just enjoy the game and good play? I think you've misunderstood him. I think he's saying he would rather see these teams develop and invest in the foreign SC2 scene, because the Koreans have shown they are more than capable of developing and sustaining their own industry. anyways, i've also got mixed feelings about this because we went down the same road in Warcraft 3, and that didn't end pretty. gl to Rain and Fnatic

If he wants to be more active in the foreign scene you can't be stationed in Korea

Well, good for Fnatic to get another player People have been saying this for a while now, but while the Korean scene kinda stagnated over the last year (with GSL... and then not much else), the international scene has grown sooo much with huge new tournaments popping up left and right, it's not surprising that Korean players want to get involved, play in more tournaments and interact with the bigger community.

I'm not a huge fan (yet), mostly due to, well, I'm sure certain antics have been discussed to death already earlier in the thread, but I am of Fnatic, which doesn't seem like a team to pick someone up just to have their own Korean. And he's doing an IdrA (the kind where you move, not the kind where you leave, though I guess he's doing that too!), which is pretty big O_o So let's give the guy a shot eh? Grats to all involved, hope to see great things from him in the future.
