sigh sigh. Haven't played sc2 in a few days, jumped on to this. I was favored against a rank 8 diamond(I'm rank 77 LOL) and a rank 16 diamond, both with 1.2k+ points and I only have 700

I won both so I'm not complaining

So obviously the best option right now is to tank your MMR hardcore without it effecting your points, then after its fixed you can farm 1 point wins from bronze players for a while.

If you tank your MMR to far im pretty sure you can still get demoted.

So in season 2...over half of the time promotions weren't working and the other half people don't get points for win. You'd think with how much is missing from b.net 2.0, the stuff we do have would at least work. But, it's Blizzard.

I was talking about it in another thread, but I think there is also an MMR problem.

I won 16 straight games and the game would still seemingly match me with the same kind of opponent. Won most of the last 50 (over 75%); same thing.

Not whining, just saying that MMR is usually a lot more reactive so IMO there is a problem there too.

I have no idea if it's fixed or broken (MMR wise), but I just ladder regardless. I couldn't really care what my rank is or what color icon is displayed on my profile. As long as I'm winning all my games I'm happy.
