Oh well, keep trying guys.
Sheth had his games against Puzzle just a few hours before the GSTL, so he probably didn't have the best mindset.
I think the nervousness is why FXO sends in their least experienced players. They know they do not really have a chance to win the GSTL, so the best they can do is make their players learn to deal with the nervousness and pressure. They don't play to win, they play to learn - a really good decision imho.

A life without failure is a life without experience.

I don't get people who think they know Boss' team better than he does, the managers probably put a lot more long-term thought and strategy than "send out qxc/sheth/oz herpderp" (which is what everyone is saying) into their decisions.

If they continue to only send out their weaker players, every match will be an all-kill. The only experience that will be gained is of failure. You don't have to be an expert to figure that out.

No worries FXO, you'll get them next time!

Using tigan, moonan, slog while you have guys like sheth, qxc, oz is just a freewin for ZeNEX. Dude, they already know that - For now, they're there for the experience only.. At least aknowledge the fact that they, as the only team, have the courage and the commitment to try out Korea for the long haul as a full team.. They'll keep coming back and they'll be stronger each time Hey at least they went out and tried. FXO have been over there working their arses off, the entire team give 110% every time so give them some credit. Well said they will come back stronger every time. FXO all the way still damn proud you, you all give your best and good on them. BY the way it's TGUN, he is new to tornaments give him a friggin break he works his arse off and learns with every lose believe me he takes a loss harder than any player I've seen. He is harder on himself than anyone else could be, he has also given up alot to go to Korea. Stop dissing the players and give them credit for what they are trying to do. Next week FXO I have faith that you will all come back stronger hold your heads high.

I definately was nervous, but it wasn't the nerves that got me. I failed to make an overseer as my lair finished, and if I did, I'd be able to send it through to scout and see the 2port banshee. It's very painful to lose this way; I think he either saw replays of me play, or, knowing their team was far ahead, chose to do a risky build (and it paid off).
Either way, the posts in this thread are both uplifting and crushing at the same time; thank you everyone who is giving your support to us: it means a lot, at least, to me.

People like you piss me off, you all have some thing to say that's negative never a nice comment or even better how about STFU. Tgun is new and he took that lose hard, give him a break FFS.

Don't worry about it bro, everyone loses games like that sometimes. To me it felt the whole FXO team is some what nervous on that stage, and you guys are definitely not performing to your full potential, what's important is to learn from the stage experience and comeback stronger.
I look forward to seeing you play in GSTL again.
Good luck!

You did well, we've all ended up with that sickly, sinking feeling of one little mistake and you just get into "watching a train wreck" mode. At this level, littles things always matter.
Still, you'll do better next time. And you held the Hellions well, too.
Keep up the hard work.

To all the haters:
When I saw slog and tgun go out, I understood that they were trying to give new players opportunity to try out on that stage.
And I think that's not a bad idea at all for the team, sure, they didn't do that well, but it's not like they went in with an expectation to 4-0 with some players who never played televised sc2 games.
FXOboss is their manager, he knows more about the team than any of us here. Team FXO is in Korea, on their own budget, to represent themselves, to give their players more opportunity at the highest level of competition. It's not like the whole community pooled their lunch money to send them on a trip to conquer Korea.
They are and they should be doing what's best for the team and for the players, not for the "foreigners" who they hold obligation to at all.
You can choose to either support them or not, but questioning their decision and requiring them to send out the "best" players to feed your "foreigner" ego is extremely stupid.
I personally hope them all the best and keep working hard as they are now. This is once in a life time opportunity, they shouldn't let some random forum troll or a small defeat slow them down.
Good luck FXO.

FXO Fighting!
I hope you all do better next time, just practice practice practice.

FXO embarrasses all non-Koreans. Just sad how fucking bad these wannabe-pros are!
