+ Show Spoiler + I know HuK probably won't get much play time but at 1 point you can't NOT take him. Alicia is well worth the 5 points as he's a pretty good sniper. I chose Sheth and sC + FoU because of the amount of games they will play early. Sheth is basically the FXO superstar and at 3 point you can't afford to not take him. After FXO's 5 games I'll switch out Sheth for a 2 point MVP player (if I can afford it), while switching out sC for a higher valued MVP player. I think it came to the point where I can switch FoU players after 4 of their games for MVP players when they have 3 more games to go. I might try and take a WMF guy but I suspect their values will be too high for me to swap into, unless I can snag a nice cheap one for my Alicia once they start playing. Oh and I also thought RainBOw was a pretty cheap steal.
As for my Anti Team I'm banking on ThorZaIN flunking it as he will be one of the people I plan to keep in my anti team for the entire thing. I'm a ThorZaIN fan but this will be his first time in Korea and I don't think his Terran can match up to the plethora of Korean Terrans there, while Naniwa can probably take on a few since PvT is his most proficient matchup. I chose Lyn and Moon for my Anti Team because obviously WMF isn't playing until the final 5 and depending on how the values are, I'll trade Lyn and/or Moon for someone else. Considering Moon's strong showing at Dreamhack, his true value might be at a 6 or 7 so I might take him out of my Anti Team and into my Main Team if I can afford him. I wouldn't mind leaving Lyn in my Anti Team though.

Westside Homeboyz + Show Spoiler +Westside HomeboyzMain Team2 Ace He's a solid player with a bit of tournament experience, which makes him an excellent choice considering the cost. 9 Bomber (captain) Top notch player who I'm certain will see a lot of playtime. I went with bomber over Nestea/MVP/MC etc because I think they will probably be reserved for late in the matches. 1 HeroTook out DRG, and only costs one point 5 JulyMostly fanboyism, but he's very good regardless, so it made sense to pick him. 4 MinPretty underrated zerg player. Kinda risky though, because Slayers already have a pretty stacked team, so it's unsure if he'll see much playtime. 4 NaDaVery consistent, strong and decisive player. 3 SeedShould be able to net a few kills, at least vs P, and as such I feel he's worth the relatively low cost 2 TaejaAnother strong Slayers player for a pretty low cost. I expect Slayers to at least use him in order to give him more experience, could be an upset. 6 SlayerSVery, very strong team, with a foundation of superb players, and what seems to be fantastic coaching. Anti Team4 HongUnHas never really impressed me to any degree. 3 RainBOwI think he's fallen too far behind the curve at this point, and so I do not expect much. 6 TricksterUnfortunately, Tester is not the scary opponent he used to, and since he provides 6 points here, I feel this choice will probably be apparent in a lot of anti-teams.
In general I tried to look for a solid mix of consistency and potential, with known players like Bomber and Nada as the backbone, while hoping for some surprises in the form of others such as Taeja and Hero.
I'm considering making some adjustments in order to aquire Moon, as he's a very strong player almost guaranteed to play in every WMF match.

I haven't put a lot of thought into this.
+ Show Spoiler +
I'm expecting oGs in general to improve a little this season and i expect Hero and Top to be a big part of their surge.
More interested to see how the point scoring ends up. I just don't have a feel for it at this point so in terms of effort, this is minimal. That's how i do most dream/fantasy teams, first season is a write off. Pick a team, try and play my best, learn. Second season is where i invest more care.

Just to make it interesting, here are the breakdowns of usage in the teamleague (seasons 1-3):
Format: Name #Wins / #WeeksPlayed
+ Show Spoiler +Slayers - Taeja 4/2 - GanZi 1/3 - Alicia 3/3 - MMA 8/5 - Ryung 4/5 - Min 2/2 - Frozen 2/2 - Golden 0/1 - Boxer 0/1 - Jjob 3/1
fOu - Lucky 0/1 - GuMiho 5/3 - sC 2/4 - Leenock 1/2 - choya 0/1 - Twilight FXOz 1/1 - TheBest 0/2 - Nuclear 0/1
TSL - Puma 2/3 - Fruitdealer 0/3 - Trickster 1/4 - aLive 6/4 - JYP 0/1 - Killer 1/2 - Clide 0/1 - Rain 0/1
ST - Squirtle 6/4 - Ace 4/2 - Bomber 2/3 - July 3/4 - Rainbow 3/1 - Curious 1/2 - Traumen 1/1 - Virus 0/1
oGs - Hero 1/2 - Zenio 1/1 - MC 6/4 - Nada 1/1 - SuperNova 0/1 - TOP 1/2 - Inca 0/1 - Ensnare 0/1 - Hyperdub 0/1
MVP - Tails 1/1 - Noblesse 0/1 - GuineaPig 3/3 - DRG 4/3 - Genius 1/2 - Keen 1/1 - Violet 0/1

ZeNEX - Zero 0/2 - CoCa 0/2 - Byun 0/3 - Kyrix 1/2 - IceCream 0/1 - Hack 0/1 - Jjun 3/1 - Puzzle 0/2 - ON 1/2
So points so far (without streak breaking) would just be Wins + Weeks played (just add the two numbers).

a useful team toi have + Show Spoiler + I decided to play the minimum number of star-players, mass risky players build this time around.
I have LosirA and MMA for my super star team league play with the less experienced set of players rounding out the bottom half.
I tried to find the people who are actually going to be played - hence the NaNiwa, ThorZaIN, and Moon combination. All have been having impressive tournament play recently (yes, even Moon ^_^ - so excited!) and I felt it was worth the gamble. Since they'll probably only have five on their team anyway... that's a lot of chances for points.
Then, of course HuK, though hopefully oGs plays him enough for him to show his worth - totally worth the 1 point in my opinion.
Ace has also had some solid play in the past and I figured he would round out the lineup.
And I only had so many points left... so here's hoping F.United as boss as I want them to be.
No comment on the anti-team.

In worse case scenario, he will get you 0 points if he loses, as he always plays in MVP matches, but if he wins, it's usually very rewarding as he's the last hope for his team most of the time and capable of reverse killing and ending streaks. Also if he doesn't play, you most likely get +1 for his team win 6 Leenock - Strong Zerg. Also I'm focusing fOu. Has high chance of participation. 2 Lucky - My fOu wildcard, I hope his name will bring me luck. 7 sC - Solid bunker rushing Zergs makes me love this guy, he's baller enough as well to pick IMMvP in code S, must be really good TvT. 3 Sheth - FXO will play 4 times in the first 4 weeks, I had to pick an FXO guy and Sheth is awesome. I hope he manages to get me some points. 2 TheBest - Despite people calling him bad and gimmicky, but his playstyle works in GSTL, plus, he's fOu. 2 Yoda - First week, I'm like 90% sure he will make an appearance due to being the newest IM qualified player to Code A, so they will want to give him some stage practice. If he doesn't show up, I'm hoping IM wins, but not against fOu. 4 For Our Utopia - fOu have relatively average games in the first few weeks, hope I can swap teams later on Anti Team5 Lyn - Not playing in first 5 weeks >_> 4 NaNiwa - Not playing in first 5 weeks >_> 4 ThorZaIN - Not playing in first 5 weeks >_> I am kind of ashamed for choosing those players in my Anti-Team, it's more cheesy than going SCV marine all in on close positions metalopolis Also, an advice for others: Don't pick players that will be participating on international events, those players might not be available for their team during that week. For example, I highly doubt Zenio/Boxer/July/Squirtle will play in the GSTL in the week that follows/precedes NASL finals. I don't see this anti-team as being an advantage in any way. Player values account for how many games they have yet to play. So when it gets to week 5 and you're looking to trade these guys out, all the crappy players who were overvalued and thus make good picks for the anti-team will have their value greatly diminished, and you won't be able to trade for them since you can only trade for anti-team players of a higher value. And the anti team players with a high value will be the ones performing well & playing often.

+ Show Spoiler +
Losira is my captain. Since GSTL is Bo7 Losira will almost certainly play each match 2nd since he's on the same team as MVP and Nestea. With such an easy group, there's huge potential for Losira to score multi-kills. The rest of my lineup is filled with players I felt were almost guaranteed to play and good enough to win at least 50% of their matches. I picked Startale as my team since they have a very easy group and I felt it was worth more to pin my hopes on ST getting 4-0 or 4-1 wins than picking another ace player.
Bomber is the big name on my anti-team. Contradictory with the fact that I put Startale on my main? Not really. My big gamble is that with Startale playing in such a weak group Bomber won't even be used, thus only giving me only -1 for each Startale win. Hopefully Bomber will only see play in the final match against IM and will lose to Losira/Nestea/MVP. Check is just terrible and likely won't even be played. Wolf is a guaranteed 0 every week.

Azzuris + Show Spoiler + My team shows my terran fanboyism. If not for the restriction of 1 of each race, I would've picked all terrans. My anti-team displays my dislike of the protoss!
I picked the players that will hopefully most likely make it to the lineup early and get several kills. Thus, I've refrained from picking the definite aces (e.g. MMA or DRG). Polt as captain for one of my favourite players.

+ Show Spoiler +
So I went through and picked a bunch of people. I hope to be able to trade off qxc and twilight when week six comes rolling around, because they won't have any games left (Unless they make top three, which would be awesome, but unexpected). I think at 2, if qxc is any success at all he will be a steal, because he, sheth, and twilight are going to be FXO's main line for sure. I hope similarly to trade Nestea for someone awesome on in pool A. Gumiho ended up being captain because, I don't have intentions to trade him, and he seemed fairly consistent last season.
Anti-Team: I've yet to see anything to make me like Moon, Lyn and Keen were just there to fill out the roster.

EM VEE PEEEEEEZ + Show Spoiler + Reasoning: I wanted the most valuable players on my team, because I want to win. I wish I could take credit for this idea, but I gotta give shoutouts to Hot_Bid and God for the inspiration. I hope no one else thinks of this idea.

LOL SonuvBob.
SKT best KT + Show Spoiler + First time participating in fantasy anything in TL. I did however observe previous winners in BW fantasy and a lot of them don't get 2 superstars - mostly 1, if at all, and a collection of solid winners A-class people (didn't get anyone higher than 5). So I decided to go that route, as well as getting July and Nada because I <3 BW legends (sorry LYH you barely play).
Also it's high time oGs won a team league. They're much too talented to fall behind Slayers/IM/ST.
Anti-Team is semi-risky but MKP hasn't really done well in GSTL, and I feel he's overhyped. He gets by with amazing mechanics and battle micro but there are far superior Terrans (MVP, Bomber, MMA, even STC and Nada in my opinion hahaha). I love Thorzain and all but F.United is gonna bomb out (likely) and he's gonna play a lot. Naniwa was too big a risk because he's Protoss and is not afraid to 4-gate.

Commander Keen should always be your captain.

Not too clear on the rules of this thing, nor did I put much thought into it, but here goes. Basic idea is to pick guys who are playing alot early on while keeping trade options open for later on. A lot of my decisions are based on the fact that FXO is playing all its matches in the first half of the schedule and F.United is playing all of its matches in the second half.
+ Show Spoiler +Main Team 7 sC (Captain) The captain can't be traded, so I needed a player that I wouldn't want to trade anyways. It was between this guy and the other LG3D Game Festival finalist, DRG, for this spot. Both are absolutely amazing, and not only that, but each also stands out as the clear best player on teams whose rosters have otherwise posted unimpressive results. This means that they are not just guaranteed to appear in each match that their teams play, but are also very likely to be their team's anchor in every match. I think these features combine to make them the best candidates for pulling off streak breaks. 8 DongRaeGuMostly explained above, this is the 1 big starter player I plan to keep around for most of if not the whole tournament. I chose sC for captain over him because DRG's higher point value gives me more options if I do want to trade him later. At the moment this doesn't mean much since there are only two 7 point players and I've already locked one of those two in, but the rules mentioned that point values will change along with the league's results, so there may be some attractive 7 point options later in the tournament. For example, NesTea is an 8 right now, so if he moves down a point over the course of the tournament I could trade DRG for him for the IM/ST match at the end of the schedule. 3 Sheth2 qxcFXO is playing all 5 of its matches right off the bat, so I just picked the 2 most recognizable (most recognizable to me, that is) non-1-pointers on their rosters. After the first 5 weeks I'll be trading them down for guys like Noblesse, Creator, Hero, jookTo, etc. I also notice HuK and Jinro on the oGs roster, both sitting at only 1 point, and oGs is playing over half of its matches after FXO is finished, so that's definitely an option for these two spots. 5 San5 JulyI chose these 2 for the same 3 reasons: --Similar to DRG and sC (although they don't strike me as being quite as strong as those two), both July and San stand out as the most notable players on their respective teams, especially San. This makes them very likely to appear in the matches their teams are playing, as opposed to other 5 pointers like Zenio, who is good but doesn't really stand out compared to the rest of the oGs roster. --Both of their teams are playing 3 of their 5 matches in the first half of the tournament, making them good starter choices. --Each is worth 5 points--this is notable because it's the lowest point value a player can have while still allowing me to trade him for NaDa, ThorZaIN or NaNiwa later on. As mentioned above oGs is playing most of its matches in August and September, and F.United is playing all of its matches in those months, so I will be trading for those players when appropriate. 5 GuineaPigI needed another 5 pointer to trade later and this seemed the best choice; out of the remaining teams with 5 pointers on them, MVP is the team that's playing the most early on with 2 matches in the first 3 weeks, and GuineaPig seems to be one of their mainstays. Besides, he's Random! Gotta love that. 1 dreamerttThis spot is a sacrifice so that I'll have more flexibility to trade in my other spots. To make this spot a player that I have some degree of confidence in would restrict my ability to trade for players like ThorZaIN later on in the tournament. I really know nothing about Dreamertt except that he qualified for GSL July Code A, so there is some shred of accomplishment to go on, and additionally IM doesn't have a ton of notable players, they have a few giants but most of the players are relative unknowns, so guys with no real results could still see some action in their matches. 0 FXOpen ESPORTSFXO has no history in the GSTL; there's no telling how they'll perform. They're a wild card, but more importantly, they're a free wild card. This is a no-risk investment which gives me more room to make solid choices in my individual player spots. Anti-Team 4 ThorZaIN4 NaNiwa5 MoonThis is pretty straightforward, none of these players will play at all in the first half of the schedule, giving me plenty of time to switch them out for FXO players before F.United actually starts playing.

Corrosive Bros
Main Team 1 Creator This dude played a crazy sick series vs IMMVP and almost took him out. He is very underrated 8 DongRaeGu (captain) DongRaeGu has played extremely good in the GSTL, obvious pick 5 GanZi Just a fan of GanZi 3 Keen Played very impressively in Code A and Code S 4 NaNiwa IMO the best player on the F united team. 2 Puzzle All killed IM and oGs in the ZOTAC team invitational, super sick. 3 Seed Almost all killed oGs in a previous GSTL 4 ThorZaIN 2nd best player on the F. united team (again, my opinion) 6 SlayerS Super strong team!
Anti Team 4 FruitDealer 3 RainBOw 6 Trickster
Seen this picks in very many other posts and i agree. All 3 of them have been underperforming.

Alicia is so underpriced!

Gaiz it makes sense that your captain is worth the least on your team... Amirite!?

Vice
Main Team 3 Anypro Strong player that uses incredibly strong timings against Zerg and usually wins.
4 Byun Solid terran who is rather good at TvT.
1 HuK How he is only 1 point is beyond me...
4 Min Good zerg that has taken games off of good players, and can make things interesting.
9 MMA (captain) Son of Boxer
3 RevivaL He is a very solid player.
7 sC For a while was the most underrated terran in all of Korea and has really proved a lot.
2 TheStC Really starting to make name for himself again.
3 Team SCV Life I like their jackets.
Anti Team 3 Check I don't particularly like his style and is a bit overrated.
4 HongUn Falls incredibly quickly to any type of agressive play.
6 Trickster Just needed 6 points and the other two players were better.
