4  Line: Have you seen him play in GSL: ST? This guy is a monster!
4  NaDa: With incredible build and macro behind, NaDa can be a great sniper. He is kinda susceptible to all-ins and surprise build, so I think this is a fair point.
7 sC (captain): sC, just like MKP, has a capacity to defeat anybody in any teams. And he has 1 less point than MKP!
3 SuperNoVa: Why is this guy so underrated? Go watch MMA vs SuperNoVa and you will see how close he was to defeat MMA.
2 TheStC: Wow, StC in 2 pt. is a steal!
2 ViOlet: Solid Zerg in MVP and alot less pt. than DRG.
5 Zenio: Only viable Zerg option in oGs and such a good ZvZ and ZvT sniper!
4 MVP: Incredible team, and seeing how IM and SlayerS are bubbled with high pts., I gotta go with MVP.

4 FruitDealer: He's okay in GSL, but really bad in GSTL. =(
5 Lyn: Lyn still needs to learn more SC2, and since WCG national championship is coming up, I'm guessing Moon and Lyn might focus back to WC3.
4 Maka: His play depends on his health, so...

How do your anti-players work? It says "points scored by the anti-team count AGAINST the owner," but I'm assuming points that the anti-team loses conversely count for the owner. So for example, I have

as one of my anti-players. Say he makes an appearance, and proceeds to lose the next game. He both makes me lose a point for appearing, and then makes me gain a point for winning?

3 Choya Choya qualified for code A again this next season. FOU is also playing in the first two weeks so I can hold on to him and get points both weeks.
8 DongRaeGu Obviously a very strong player, I think I should get a decent amount of points from him.
1 Golden Not really sure about this one, needed someone for 1 point and I know Golden gets to play, I was thinking about taking Optikzero but I don't think hes a strong enough player to take any points off of a Korean yet. I'll likely switch him after week 1 for a stronger 1 point player on a team that isnt playing week 1.
9 MC (captain) I love MC. This might not be the best pick but I couldn't pass him over.
2 Taeja SlayerS Terran for 2 points? Yes please!
3 Twilight FXO plays the first 5 weeks. That means I don't have to rotate Twilight out for that long unless absolutely necessary. I think he'll be one of the strongest, if not the strongest, player on FXO and should be able to snipe some games. Even if he doesnt win a lot he'll at least get some appearances.
3 Seed I struggled between picking Seed or Younghwa. Seed made it farther in Code A qualifiers and has a better PvT(imo) then Younghwa. While Younghwa has an EXCELLENT PvP IM is playing fOu the first week. The only strong P on fOu is Choya, so its possible that Younghwa doesnt even play the first week.
4 MVP MVP is looking like a really strong team. For a medium amount of points I think this is a good pick for the first week.

5 GanZi Ganzi isn't as good as many of the other SlayerS Terran players. He might not even be played.
6 Leenock Leenock has been weak lately. He'll see play as one of the only Zergs on fOu but I don't think he'll fair well.
2 Qxc I'm a pretty big Qxc fan, but he's been playing like shit lately. As one of the bigger names on FXO he'll probably be played, but I don't think he stands a chance in hell against anyone on the Startale roster.

My focus was on my three favorite teams: Slayers, Star Tale and MVP. Also I wanted to buy dongraegu as captain but sadly I felt like he was a bit too pricy.
Notably I picked Polt to my anti team. My reason for this is that i believe that he has too high value and that his greatest strenght is in being able to prepare well in individual league. Though we will probably see him several times I think his results will not be impressive in GTSL.

Toyed with having a bigger name as captain, decided that a cheaper player was in order. sC, the top player for fOu and one of the best Terrans around? Boo ya. Taeja looks really good last GSTL, and was super cheap. Supernova's TvP is epic and his TvT isnt all that bad. Got some solid Zergs in Kyrix and July. Anypro always gets games, Genius has been impressive and Alicia is defo on the up.

Went with two top level players in Polt and Nestea, and the most successful team in SlayerS. Then I just filled out my roster with cheap guys I think will do well. Two OGS Terrans cost basically nothing. Add a low-cost Zerg (Violet) and Protoss (Ace) who are both going to get played regularly. The only question mark is IMHappy. Only had 1 point left, and he's a Terran on MVP's team, so he has to be decent, right? I'm trying to talk myself into him as a huge sleeper  Might change out ThorZain just because his team won't play for a few weeks...we'll see
Here's hoping Leenock is distracted by teenager things and has no time to practice!!!!!

you can change your team as many times as you want before the start of league.

I decided to pick solid players over the "winning team" in order to earn points.. MKP is so consistent and has a team mentality, so he is my captain.
The rest of the players are very solid and get reasonable showings in GSTL. They are fairly self explanatory. Taeja is amazing and deserves to be far more expensive than he is
My antis, DRG.. I'm not saying he is bad, or fluked or anything. I just feel like the korean scene has worked him out... Thus he will get sniped.. I Hope I am wrong.
Leenock, not performing consistently, isn't overly solid. Seems to have some pressure issues...
Thorzain. I think thorzain has the skill to go far in korea. The problem is, from the information I have been told by other people in the industry, he will have a tough time adapting to korean life. Especially gaming house life. I see this is a huge burden on any player, so I do not think he will perform well. But I certainly hope he proves me wrong also!
If I were to include some FXO players, based on current performance (not using strategy that we have alrdy for our line up). I would say twilight, who is an amazing player, and QXC. I wouldn't anti any of them except wolf, but he isnt a player and most probably wont be seen much if at all. <3 wolf.

Anti Team5 Killer <---- Meh... he's nothing special. He's good.. but not great, and that is what it takes. 2 Tassadar <--- pretty weak player, forgettable guy. 6 Trickster<--- He did great things in the Beta, but after that he lost his shine. After multiple seasons of GSL i don't have much faith that he will get far in this teamleague.
So yeah, that's my team

I was mildly surprised by how many big names I could get on one roster. Much easier than the BW FPL with only 6 slots.
It's hard to tell exactly how crossover will go between previous GSTL and this one, since we've actually got a schedule and stuff and more teams this time, so tbh I just went with the highest winning percentage players over the last 3. Only player I'd like to add is MKP, and that purely because he's my favorite SC2 player, I don't know if I could actually improve on the team.
Anti was a little harder, but not much. Judging by ELO all of the players I picked up are over-priced, but especially Trickster/Tester. I would have put on Killer/SangHo too, but I didn't want to go all-in on TSL doing badly because that seems dangerous.

Tried to go mainly for players from teams that play in the B group, since they are playing more matches at the start. Also didn't pick anyone from F. United yet as they're playing all their games later in the season and I can make some trades then.
As for single player choices, HuK seemed like an obvious pick despite the slight uncertainty over whether he'll actually play. One point is just so cheap for a guy who has worked his way up to code S and + Show Spoiler +is tearing up DreamHack as we speak.
sC is my captain because the guy is both awesome and on a pretty bad team in my opinion. That means that though his team may end up costing me some points by losing he should get to play a lot, as I don't see pretty much anyone else on the foU roster all-killing any team.
Dream and Hero qualified for Code A just now and I've heard a lot of hype about Hero especially, I think he'll do well if only he's given the chance to play. Even if he isn't though, just being on oGs is a good thing on its own.
Bomber, Alicia and Line are just "safe" picks, guys who I think are good and worth their points so they'll produce value greater than the investment.
Startale I think has a good chance at winning the whole thing. I was kinda debating between ST and SlayerS, bit of a cointoss in the end.
As for the anti, I wanted to pick one FXO player because frankly I don't see them winning anything. At first I was going to take qxc but I remembered some reports of him beasting it up in the qualifiers for Code A, only just losing to DRG, so went with moonan instead. I just feel like for the time being FXO as a team is way behind the korean scene, hopefully they can catch up. San and Trickster are just vastly overrated protoss and I felt they had really high costs for their value. I also don't think either TSL or NsHS have any chance at a playoff finish.
