If you live in central Europe or know what CET stands for, and assume that by CET they mean UTC+1 in this context, you have to be a bit silly. Top 5 google hits for "current time CET" all give you the current time in Central Europe (UTC+2). CET is technically UTC+1, but since it's not observed anywhere during the summer, it's safe to assume that they mean UTC+2 in this context. But yeah they should try to avoid confusion and also announce times for other relevant timezones and always in standard UTC/GMT.
CEST as an abbreviation for Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) is a bit silly as it's also been commonly used as an abbreviation for Central European Standard Time (UTC+1).

Kind of hard to say, depends on the games. But if one stream is finished, just tune in one of the others  Plenty of streams will give us non stop SC2 action.
