Thats awkward... I thought kiwikaki was living with catz in the root house. Will be interesting if more teammates like cruncher move into the team house.

This whole deal is quite confusing to me. What happens to roots old sponsors and the current complexity team?

Kiwi and Slush joining Dignitas would make sense for Dignitas to expand their NA section of the team!

The current compLexity players are still on the team. We simply brought on more players. We did not replace anyone.

The "team" house is Catz and Drewbie, and two (?) Fnatic players.

North America... not America.

Most people in Europe refer to America as one big single unit.

No. For the last time people, the US does not own the continent.

America: The landmass comprised of Northern and Southern America.
North America: Landmass where USA and Canada are located.
United States of America: ONE of the countries within North America.

There's always people that insist that it's somehow a slight or insult to recognize that in contemporary English (at least American English and as far as I know the other varieties too) North America and South America refers to continents, the Americas are both of those, and America is the United States. Sure, you can try to refer to the Americas as America and not be technically wrong but that doesn't mean that most people aren't going to get confused by your meaning. Guess what, the World Series isn't actually a baseball tournament played by the world either, but I'm not going to start calling it the United States Series because it's presumptuous of us to refer to it by that name. -.-

It's a shame that Root lost it's two best Players over the merger.

I don't understand the point of this? I'm not a fan of the cheesy coL team. Also I understand the sponser issues and all the work of having your own team and playing but couldn't they hire some staff members?

Congrats, I guess. I respected ROOT for being the only team with no financial backing to do great things. I definitely will not view CatZ, drewbie, DdoRo, Destiny, or Minigun in the same light. They have joined a professional organization now, and are no longer the stand-out, unique players, which were a team, instead of an organization.

No offense intended, but you guys made a move that disappointed the aspirations of people who wanted to see a TEAM form, not an organization. Big business and Starcraft are too normal. It is an amazing thing to see big business separated from Starcraft, and having raw talent and friendship lead a team, instead of paychecks.

As a businessman myself, I must say that this was a bad deal for compLexity. The financials of the deal is unknown to me, however, without Kiwikaki and Slush, what asset did compLexity really acquire? CatZ was a beta-king, Destiny cannot perform in major live events, Minigun has not either, DdoRo is phenomenal, but falls along with the categorization of CatZ, and drewbie is just not good enough to be in a major gaming corporation. All five of you are great players, and I personally liked a lot of you, but this deal lost the two biggest assets, and there cannot be any reason for how this was a justifiable deal, unless they bought the players for pennies on the dollar.

I apologize if I sound critical and bad mannered, but there is no logic behind this move. It makes perfect sense for CatZ, since he claims he is too pressured, and has to manage more than he must play, but he should happily surrender ownership to drewbie instead, or another top-player, instead of killing the only gaming team that is not a major corporation.

Best of luck to you guys and compLexity.

i think this was only matter of time especially with them having a hard time with sponsors. I noticed that catz and drewbie were struggling on game play looking at nasl and mlg. Definately sad for the loss of Root but really excited to see what they can do now with more free time to practice. Also i think it will be better for them more practice partners and more support can only help them improve on game play so even though complexity didnt manage to get kiwi and slush and fayth it sucks but i think with the drewbie and catz having that more time to practice they will be up there with them. I cant wait to see them play in the future as long as catz shows up on time lol. Cant wait to see where kiwikaki and slush go, just sucks now cause i will have to watch more then one team page for my fav players

Well, KawiKiki and Slush were the two biggest names on ROOT's roster, so I'm not sure if that deal was a success for Complexity.

That's what I was thinking. FXOKiwi? FXOSlush?

Drewbie was taken too? I'm sure CatZ made the move so they didn't have to worry about logistics of their own team. They all haven't been performing very well lately except for Kiwi and Slush. They could use more practice. Why col took them? I don't know. Why does any team take anybody? This is great for the root guys. Grats to them.
