Really guys..... Whitera did almost the same thing to i think strelok but you dont see a " whitera were mad thread anywhere." Lighten up, shit happens. You guys are just taking this a bit too seriously. Sure it sucks a lot but nothing to justify making a hate thread of painuser because he did it to boxer. If your gonna do this then make one about whitera too. If you're not willing to do that then please... leave it be.. stop hating on the guy.. jeezus

You guys are bunch of clueless teenagers.. sigh
According to Incontrol, Painuser:
1. Did not show up for 3 (THREE) straight weeks 2. Has not communicated the nasl about his no-shows 3. Has ignored all attempts in nasl's part to get on hold of him (calls, e-mails, RL people)
Tell me, what kind of professional environment allows for such atrocities? You guys saying it's no big deal, again I tell you, I dare you pull these off without being fined/sued/fired on the spot. This is completely unacceptable no matter what your job is.
If you still think that's no big deal, I dare you to get a job.

It's also different when WhiteRa intends on continuing to compete, and isn't withdrawing but not admitting to it.
Honestly I don't think this whole thing is a big deal though, but like I said earlier I think it is just disrespectful to the league and to the players he has had wait for him when he knew he wouldn't show up.

There's a huge difference between doing this to someone like strelok or boxer.

According to incontrol, NASL has tried to contact PU in nearly every concievable way (BNet messages, phone, contacting friends to get ahold of him), to no avail for every single week. Pretty unacceptable, especially since koreans are waking up at 3 AM and waiting for hours to play him.

3 weeks no show no contact, time to DQ him I would say

lol, love how you retards turned this thread into a painuser flame fest - atleast make a new thread about it and talk about it somewhere else instead of flaming him in a thread where he's giving us interviews
|
Great interviews, you know the ones the thread was made for? Not for a bunch of people who dont know him to try and crucify him over the internet. He obviously has pulled out of NASL, buts it none of our business and should be kept between two parties. Just because NASL makes it public doesn't mean it should be, they should have had stricter rules on the issue in the first place to prevent people from dipping out after they have obviously already been eliminated.

Incontrol spoke with Painuser on the DJwheat show last week, so how could this statement be possibly true. The same show where Painuser said he couldn't reschedule nasl games/retiring from gaming? Come on, biased thread is biased.

You make it out like Incontrol does the scheduling and running of NASL. Its not JP/Day9/Wheat's responsibility to contact players to show up for MLG, why should it be Incontrol's responsibility when it comes to NASL? The best Incontrol can do is tell the NASL higher ups that Painuser is being a flake and thinking of quitting, you should get an official statement from him as to whether or not to continue.

Dude, when Sheth didn't show up to MLG's last year it got spoken about constantly on Wheat and JPs talk shows. Bad example
Seriously though, if IdrA said to JP on SOTG that he isn't going to turn up to MLG, I'm pretty sure JP would follow it up.

JP would follow it up, just like (I would image) Incontrol would also follow it up. My argument is, that it is not up to Incontrol to decide the final rulings or liaise with individual players prior to their matches. They have other people to do that, and from what has been publicly available, they've done their best efforts to reach out to him. You can't expect an organisation to use a recording of a skype conversation with one of their broadcasters as an official statement by a player of their withdrawal from the tournament.

Oh, I thought posting here was not my job, guess I was mistaken. My profissionalism is needed here too. My bad.
Read my original post, it is far from "crucifying" him. I want him to explain himself and hold him accountable, because nasl and I are on a contract, saying "I pay you money, you deliver SC2 content", and I believe Painuser and nasl are on a contract, saying "You play for us, we pay you according to your performance". See how I'm in a position to demand some explanation? Is that asking too much? Didn't think so.
Anything else you want to make a rebuttal? Like, important things, not silly things like how I call a few people "clueless teenagers"?

The end of the interview of idra was highly amusing. You both seem like 2 self-statisfied dudes :D.

If you want to discuss painusers NASL issues, find somewhere else to do it than a thread about interviews with PLAYERS THAT ARE NOT PAINUSER.
