Promotions and demotions are not "bugged", they are intencionally locked to avoid more players getting in the wrong GM division. That said, whatever the patch fix, it won't unlock the leagues alone, Blizzard needs to unlock it with a hotfix. That's what I understand about the issue at least. | ||
