The only blue post was this morning where they said "Just wait 5-10 minutes and try again  " Also the promotion lock should have comed with 1.3.4 which a blue also confirmed. But it didnt ......... | ||

- Fixed a bug that would cause some Leagues & Ladder pages not to show correctly. After receiving and reviewing a lot of solid feedback about the ladder system from the StarCraft II community, we came to the agreement the ladder was not as broken as players made it out to be. We believe that the customer is always right. Hence, we have decided to listen to the players and made our servers barely playable and the ladder really messed up. We hope these changes will resolve the dispute in the forums over whether the ladder is broken or not. Now everyone will be able to unanimously agreed on the state of the server. SEA/NA here. As stated multiple times, we have no ETA at the moment. taken from battle.net forums. seems like a typical blizzard behavior and finally introduces the "never play on patchday"-mentality from mmo's to RTS | ||
