Hi everyone, this is sixjaxMajOr also know as "Juan/Gosi[Terran].
Basically I ran into a huge problem with checksix/Maker. Me and my "friend"(Maker) bought an account for smurfing and both paid half for it, whereas I used my credit card to buy it. Unfortunately it was discovered that I was a player on the account because people were accusing me of being a hacker, and the stats didn't make sense, etc. I played the majority of the games on this account and then suddenly Maker says he wants out of the deal even though we both paid half.
He then changed the password to the account and set-up parental controls on the account so I can't gain access to it at all, not even through blizzard. He now wants his money back in exchange for the account, since he says the account is "wasted" now that it's revealed who wa son it (even though it's still Grandmasters account). So this whole time now he's been being a douchebag and avoiding me etc, and my friend ended up getting into some of his accounts in hopes of trying to find a way to get me back the account he stole.
What's really pissing me off the most is that this team "checksix" is okay with what he's done, and is even backing him up on it (which is really quite fucking pathetic). They're not willing to do anything about it, and even are trying to somewhat threaten me with some weird shit claiming that what I'm doing/requesting is wrong etc.
Really don't know what to do since Maker made all the account info his, and I don't know how to contact blizzard abut this specific problem. Tried scaling his e-mails for some information that might've been able to help me get into the account but there was nothing.
Can anyone please give me an idea of what to do? This guy is such a scumbag really being such a thief, it's just pissing me off.

Take in mind guys he literally only played from beggining to around master and like 10 games of masters - grandmasters the rest were all played by me

This really sounds like a private issue. If Blizzard can't help you, you might want to attempt to resolve your problems with Maker.

You're not allowed to "share" accounts as per blizzard agreements, so your case is sort of invalid towards blizzard to act upon it.

Seems like something you need to figure out yourself. You cant do anything about it since he never hacked your account or anything. It's not your account either, so i dont see how blizzard would be able to help you...
If you share an account, you risk this sort of stuff happening. Unless i misunderstood something.

Contact Blizzard, probably by phone. Tell them what happened. Tell them you can verify that you payed for the account with a credit card, and that you can either make a copy with photo i.d as proof or give them the digits of the credit card.
Godaddy and Hostgator have a lot of problems with this and this is how it is usually delt with.

This. Besides, if you are the one who "got caught" and played the majority of games, i would say he kind of has a point. But then again, i could never see myself screwing, even a "friend", as you put it, over like $30, thats really a dickish move tbh.
Also, i wouldnt call a $30 dispute a "huge" problem either!

That's a shitty situation, but it's like if you get screwed over buying pot or something. There's no one upholding justice for things that are disallowed

If you payed for it, you can e-mail blizzard about it. Even though you shouldn't have "shared" it according too blizzards rules they should give it back too you.
But I don't know why I am not surprised by this

If you wanted to smurf on that account, you probably shouldn't have revealed that Maker is also from Mexico. That was the giveaway.

just email blizzard saying your account got stolen and they'll ask you for your info and stuff, if you bought it with your own credit card they'll give it back to you pretty quick

Lol gosi who cares if people thought u were a hacker? you know u did not hack and just got into giving in under pressure. Blizzard is not stupid. They wont ban you without proof. So you getting scared should of never happened. Also what Maker did is totally wrong.

I'm 99% percent certain that if you tell Blizzard what happened, they'll say "well you shouldn't have shared your account information because account sharing is a blatant ToS violation," and they'll ban the account. If you'd been hacked, it'd be different, but you willingly shared account information in violation of the EULA, so there's absolutely nothing Blizzard can/will do besides ban the account (which, again, is likely).

just call blizzard and try to solve it this way, calling him out in public wont change anything other then making everyone involved looking bad. just move on, its not much money and tell yourself "lesson learned, account sharing is bad and not allowed by blizzard"

Since blizz doesn't support account sharing, I don't think you can do anything about this.

It is against the Blizzard ToS to share accounts with other players. Because that's the case there is absolutely nothing that Blizzard will do over this debacle. There's a reason you don't often hear about players sharing accounts; it's because it's not allowed. It's not allowed by Blizzard because nine times out of ten it's a bad decision and predicaments like this happen.
Because it's against the Blizzard ToS it is very likely that there is little that they can do about it. It's unfortunate that you might lose the $30 you spent on that account, but those are the breaks.
On professional note, it was really silly for you to post this on TeamLiquid. It was a personal issue between you and Maker and now you both look silly because you brought it up. We talked about this like half an hour ago dude-bro. If you will starve this month because the $30 you lost I will see what I can do to help you get by. If that's not the case, then this was just a waste of everyone's time.

Dude. Its 20 or 30 bucks. He's being a dick about it but honestly trying to get a hold of his accounts as collateral and reading his e-mails is just as bad if not worse.
Stop being a drama queen, pay the bastard his few dollars, and use the account as a smurf / generic clan account. No big deal whatsoever... certainly doesn't warrant this sort of reaction out of you.

As for most of everyone else, please remember to follow standard conventions of the English language. This includes things like spelling out words, using capitalization, etc. I can guarantee that if it keeps up, you'll be warned or eventually banned for it sooner or later. It's in the forum guidelines <_<
