Sorry I expressed myself a bit clumsy. What I meant is that it takes 1.5 time LONGER for light in fibreoptics to reach it's destination compared to light traveling straight. In other words it's 1.5 times SLOWER and nothing else.

just look it up, im not saying the house isnt nice I was just saying how much it was worth in vegas, maybe a bit more, like 400k I dunno, but nowhere near above 1mill, well that was a year ago or 2, real estate was kinda low there

My old house in Portland, Oregon was 3000 feet, no pool, and not anywhere near nice and cost ~300k

i decided too look this up not believing that prices would be that low...was pleasantly surprised...i would assume that the house would go for around 4-600k (possibly more depending on community/location) but thats amazing deals on housing in vegas
amazing house though for the FXO guys, they deserve the best :D only a matter of time til all the top teams have team houses xD
edit: oh right, you would get the 10k sq.ft for that price...but most likely not as nice of a house...idk how to estimate a price for the quality without a large amount of investigation, and what i found led me to believe that its possible

it's sad but it is true. Bought a house in vancouver for a million and for the same price, i could of bought a mansion in california. The houses are so inflated that it is considered the top 3 worst city in the world in terms of house pricing.
