Why can't something just be fun, have a laugh, make a few comments and move on? I mean for real everything typed on the internet isn't 100% serious all the time. A few boob comments doesn't mean every guy on this forum is now going to walk around with a club knocking any girl they see over their head and dragging them back to their cave. And if they do end up doing that they probably would have regardless of this thread and said picture.
Just so sick how everything fun deteriorates into something like this. News flash, this isn't the first girl in the world to have their cleavage signed. Even the old lady in Happy Gilmore got her cleavage signed!
Yeah but this is the internet. Everything is argument bait.

Honestly, there really shouldn't be "Gamer girls" or "Girl gamers", there should just be gamers. Calling attention with such words are both bad for the male side and the female side. Since some girls play games to just get attention and unfortunately, due to the low population of females in our "field", they gain such attention. Which creates a horrible cycle where guys think all girl gamers are bad, and the really dedicated female gamers don't get respect because of their attention whoring counterparts
It is a really horrible situation and unfortunately it will have to be address very soon, along with the gay and lesbian communities as well, since gaming and e-sports are becoming more main stream every day. I hope we can accept, encourage and just welcome everyone into the community, cept the casuals, fuck casuals, theyr'e ruining the game for us (j/k, well kind of)

I know. I should have just clicked the thread read the first page, had a quick laugh scratched my head and made the, "whatever lol" comment to myself and moved on. Nothing good was going to come from reading on.
I'll give myself the old "Welcome to the Internet..."

i think the discussion about this totally goes the wrong way. sex sells, women know that and abuse it, which is completely natural. then again, this woman doesnt get any benefits from her action except attention on the internet, so its safe to say she is a big attention whore. there is plenty of attention whores out there so again, no big deal. but what really tips me off about this particular case is the way she goes about attention whoring. "I wasn't going to post, but I have no one to really gloat to besides my boyfriend...." - Thats the blogtitle, really?? I wasnt going to post?? Sure! Why not be honest and name it "Here are pics of my tits, if i get 1000000 hits maybe ull see more! Oh and I dont need attention by random guys on the internet, in fact Im so socially secure and loveable that I have a boyfriend! I swear!!!"

Most of the time I only read the OP but, when I'm bored, I decide to engage myself in other people's retarded comments. It kills time.

Or you might be wrong and this wont do much of anything for "girl gamers", in either direction. The point is that this girl gets LOTS of exposure from apes in the community - this very thread - and it will keep the stupid "girls are good as booth babes in tiny outfits" motto alive. Personally I have always thought these girls are demeaning their own sex, because they are "selling themselves far too cheap". We males should stop acting like cavemen who go bananas at the first sight of some half-naked breasts, BUT the females should stop using their sex to take advantage of it. Obviously it is pretty unlikely to ever happen, but as Dukhat [Babylon 5] once said "When others do a foolish thing you should tell them it is a foolish thing. They can still continue to do it, but at least the truth is out." Also we need to learn to control our emotions to become truly human [just as Frank Herbert showed us in DUNE] or else we will be nothing more than cattle led around the pasture by a leash held by media and sales department managers ... ;TLDR, You don't like boobs? I think I speak for the rest of the community when I say I would love to see a female compete in e-Sports at a high level. I don't really know the semantics of it, but, I highly doubt sexism plays a factor in placement for GSL spots. That sounds as if it would be somewhat illegal. If anything, it would help them get babied by GOM. (Similar to some foreign players). It seems like you're over reacting to some guys liking boobs. Simple biology I would like to reiterate that I haven't checked any facts in sexism in SC2 placement Why blame the girl who does this when this very thread already has a ton of people going "omgyaaaay half-naked chicks <333333". Now she is an 'attention whore', which is an insult, for abusing male stupidity and single-mindedness, but that's a fact of life or so?
Personally I thought this was mildly amusing, and certainly it's nice for e-sports growth to have people with enough star power to make this worthwhile, but otherwise it's insignificant and hardly needs discussion. What sickens me is that every time something like this happens, there's not just debate about if it is sexist or not etc. but that there are a bunch of people who are so quick to insult the girl, going as far as to call her fat and ugly. Those things show a lot of male gamer stereotypes are actually based on real people that can quickly derail any discussion about women to appear degrading and hostile.

but how does the girl look like?

I personally would have held out for autographs from Jinro and day[9], but that's my personal standard/preference for getting autographs on myself

Couldn't this picture be rotated before posted ?

But nobody in their right mind would think that if one person behaves a certain way, everyone that is in some way related to them will behave/will be thought to behave the same, would they?
It's like me saying I don't like any SC2 player just because I don't like some things 1-2 of them do that I consider disrespectful.
There's a reason we're individuals, not sheep.
Though, come to think of it that "gotta love girl gamers" guy must be a parents' basement dweller acne-ridden nerd, I mean that's the stereotype, isn't it.

I think they just waxed InControl and put him in a corset. The lack of face just says it all.

All this arguing about sexism is kinda ridiculous. Honestly, the feminists in the 60s were burning bras, and wearing skimpier clothing because the moral nagging crowd was trying to tell them how to behave. The girl that complained, Stephls was it? I kind of agree, this might not be the best choice she could make if she was wanting to be respected. But there are also girls that just do things for fun. It was probably fun, and that's why she wanted her boobs signed. Just like when a guy goes on a friend-date with a female with no hopes of reproduction, etc... It's a bad decision, not productive, will end up giving him blue balls, but it's what he wanted to do, and he was exercising his freedom to do so. If everything us humans had to do, had to comform to everyone else's moral codes, nothing would ever get done.

I don't get where people are getting the fat part from... She's probably not super skinny, but doesn't look that fat IMO.
By comparison, here's one of the hottest women alive:

That comparison doesn't really work because the picture of the girl is at a different angle than the one of Jessica Alba.

They were having fun at a big social event. Everybody gotta chillax, leave their hang-ups at home, and smile about this kind of sillyness. Who could get offended or actually try to make "moral" remarks about something as frivolous as this? Come on.
