I'm fairly certain that asking to see the face on a picture of boobs, is a step up from asking to see boobs on the picture of a face ya?
Also i wouldn't say that girl is fat at all, looks good to me lol.

With regards to the comments about this being a step forward for esports, this is clearly true. It's a well documented psychological and sociological phenomenon that women are more attracted to men they see as having high status. Therefore this photo can be seen as evidence that playing starcraft well can earn you respect from women, rather than disdain, as many of us have felt before.

This exactly. It's a sign of playing starcraft at a high level becoming more accepted from outside the traditional demographic, which I don't think anyone will say is bad.

Someone called the girl an attention whore. All the guy was trying to say was that the girl was desperate for attention and got it the one way she could -- with her tits. The poster did not imply that she sold her body for money. Yea, the female poster seemed a little offended because the statement "you gotta love girl gamers" implies that she would also get her tits signed in order to get some attention from Huk and Destiny when clearly that's not the case.
|
It seems many people here are jealous of Huk and Destiny because they haven't got any girl asking them to sign their chests... You're being too harsh so give the girl a break.
ps.: to the ones that are saying that the girl is 'fat' : you probably aren't used to see a girl from that angle so don't be too fast to judge...

Females have genetically been proven to be naturally worse at video games and thus it's safe to conclude this female is a social outcast that started playing Starcraft as a last resort. This would perfectly explain why the picture does not show her face.

I'd let HuK sign my eyelids.

She's wearing hot pants.
Also, I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge that females who wear such "attire" at gaming events are only looking to get fucked. At least that's my experience with Blizzcon and Dreamhack.

You can't even see her jeans, not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean her shirt or exposed stomach? I think that's actually pretty common.

I really wish that you didn't just post a gigantic picture of your tits I really hope that if you were unattractive, we wouldn't give a shit and that if you were attractive we still would only be impressed at the fact that this happened. But as it is, a giant picture of tits on teamliquid really bothers me, that's not what we're about.

Any stories to go with that statement?

Wow people can't stay in topic can they. Who needs sociology books when you have SC2 forums... Couldn't care less about the girl's appearance, it's the idea of boobs signed by progamers which is awesome. I would even say it's better if it's not a top model, because then it would probably be a fake to advertise esports. (you know, for those not convinced by the "be a progamer and you will win thousand of dollars per tournament", they could start the "be a progamer and you will sign boobs) Seriously, e-sport is growing (I too loled at that btw), but the hot chicks won't just start putting their signed boobs on community forums... And gratz to the guy who said "Achievement unlocked by Huk and Destiny", best sentence in the thread :D :D

Next stop time magazine, driving around in a limousine, professional video gamer of the year, soon the name everyone will hear, how he instils his opponents with fear, with millions of fans shedding a tear, the rise to fame, becoming a household name, having more money than Charlie Sheen, a movie of his life story starring Sean Bean.
Don't look at me, imagination is the key, I felt like rhyming, I think into my bed I'll be climbing. No pun intended, I hope your not offended, be a nice guy, for now I say goodbye.
