A liquid'Grubby or a SlayerS_Grubby would make me cry tears and tears of joy, but I agree with others, this seems like an FXO kinda move.

i don't think EG would let go a major star with a bright future like grubby! he has skills, motivation, talent and popularity! he's a super star!

Grubby is a name that will represent any team very well and will also spread its polularity to a huge audience. He is such a posterboy ![]() again, grubby good luck on finding the right team for yourself €: plus I would wait a few days to read muuch into that. If its true he´ll have a new team by then, otherwise its not april 1st anymore.

grubby was picked up with his big name and starcraft 2 in mind. incontrol: "looking forward to training with you buddy" edit: hahahaha, that's an awesome auto edit.

I seen this coming TBH. EG'Starcraft II team is pretty stacked and full. If Grubby improves he could probably find a team just for the novalty of having him, SlayerSBoxeR foreigner of the WC3 scene. Is this a joke? The only person EG has who's better than grubby is IdrA and i don't know if you've heard, but EG's SC2 team is on the downslope

I guess he will try and get sponsors for his FollowGrubby project or he will join a real big team. Maybe Wemade Fox as the former wc3 superstars Lyn and Moon.

I wouldn't say Grubby is high profile in SC2. He hasn't won anything notable or even been in major tournaments as far as I'm aware.

Neither is Boxer - in terms of PURE SC2 "Accomplishments" and or "Seen as one of the best players". It's the fact that they are basically the biggest names in their respective RTS games, so they are a celebrity, doesn't matter what game they play. Grubby has to easily be one of the most recognizable "gamers", let alone in the RTS Genre.

I'd say that's quite a nice indicator of his popularity considering this is a starcraft centric website. the guy is one of the most famous cyberathletes (heh) of our generation and is recognized on a global esports levels.

![]() The fact that Grubby was building his own brand (followgrubby) outside of EG would be kind of a hint of things to come. He had started to dump EG before the contract was over.

As much as I love Boxer,he had a lucky run once, that's not an argument that holds ground. Grubby only started playing 2 months ago, so criticism aside while he get's up to par. +60% ratio on the Euro ladder with 4k+ points is nothing to scoff at, considering how long he's been playing.

After watching alot of his stream and his general manner towards fans and other competitors, he's just a true champion, he will succeed at anything he dedicates himself to eventually. Hopefully he will rise as one of the biggest SC2 personalities.

I think the April's fool joke is pretty retarded. It's still 3/31 over here in US. Please think before you post something.
