To echo the sentiments of others, he's fun to listen to even if you don't understand a word he's saying. Agreed. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't of been able to watch the games at Assembly due to being unable to tolerate GLHF.tv. We need more casters like Khaldor with his positive energy, game sense, game knowledge, casting voice, and manners. he needs to work on these a bit though.
I disagree on game sense, as I felt as though I wasn't missing anything (well, much) watching as his cast, but that might of be my bias from having GLHF.tv miss as much as they did.
I'm going to be watch 4PL Close Combat (now that I know he's going to be casting it) and I'll put an edit to further on "game knowledge" as I only heard his cast in German at Assembly but given that he was able to keep with action and from the English names of units he was dropping at certain times, I felt as though he was on topic (but that's a terrible way to judge).
As a caster though, you don't need to know everything about the game. It's more about keeping people entertained and given the fact that he can entertain people who don't understand him, I'd say he's doing a damn good job at it.

Really awesome caster, he's very similar to any sports commentator which make it very enjoyeble to watch. He's so good it doesn't matter if he casts in german or english, but since my 3rd languge is german I understand quite well.

I loved that he had a guy helping him at the production, it really helps to keep the cast flowing. The way they switched from a game that was decided but not finished to watch a new game instead was a stroke of genius.
And his english is more than good enough, with practise it should be perfect. I don't mind watching in german either, great to get some practise on my deutch listening skills. (Ich habe ein kartoffel in mein geschlechtsorgane.)
6/6 Yeah khaldor is just such a great caster especially if u are able to understand german. btw u just said that u have potatoes in your genitalia :D
Love u Khaldor

Tbh I'd probably watch him cast even if he only did it in German.
|
Well deserved accolades for a great caster. Please keep up the good work.

Great interview and a great caster.

I actually enjoyed his German casting even without being able to understand a word of german and his english is really good too. Awesome caster!

Even when their is other streams such as glhf.tv I find myself watching Khaldor. The level of professionalism and the sheer enthusiasm he has makes the language barrier no problem.
Keep up the awesome work man, I hope to see more casts!

There is just one thing i don't like about his german casting.
He sais: "Muten" for Mutas/Mutalisks.
Makes me cringe every time :D.
But else? He's good.

Khaldor proved to me that learning German in school wasn't a waste of time.
|
I remember him from his WC3 days on Gamesports.de, I used to listen to his voice-only casts and I loved it.
|
Khaldor is definitely the best in my opinion right now. (No, I'm not comparing him to Day9 and to the others, I'm just saying, he is new and refreshing)
|
I also tuned in for Khaldor's cast in Assembyl i dont undrestand nothing about german, but the enthusiasm was great and i loved it. A few days ago watched a stream with him speaking english and once again it was awsome.
Great work Khaldor, keep it up

Awesome guy and the best German caster there is!

As I posted on his channel comment section. He's awesome, he makes people excited eventhough when they don't understand a word and he still keeps the non-german speakers up to date with small summaries in English.
Kholdor is awesome. I'm a fan!
Thanks for doing the interview. The WC3 cast was rather very interesting.
