I for one do not agree with giving code A access to players who already are in Korea. I think that if those players deserve to be in code A they might aswell just carve their way through the qualifier. I understand the concern that they may get cheesed out of that opportunity by players of less skill but I still cannot totally rationalize giving the access to those players.

They all deserve it. They've worked hard for it, and actually have tried countless times to get into the GSL. They are the ones who deserve it more so than others. Although, I believe the picking should be given to the players in the Code S. They will know who the more notable players are with skills worthy of Code A or higher. And then again, most of the time people just pick their favorite individual rather than somebody skilled enough to be there.

I dont see anything funny about a person from america bashing BratOK for no reason whatsoever. Where does he find the motivation to do that sort of thing? He practices insane hours and laughs it off. He dominated with terran, switched to zerg and now dominates with zerg. this guy is talented and practices as much as Huk. Send morrow thanks so much really but i wouldnt go to korea atm ![]() i talked to bratok on bnet and he said he wants to go to korea and practice with the koreans and play in gsl. judging from his sc1 ownage and motivation in sc2 i think he should be given a try ![]() And yet another pro thinks BratOK should go.

And yet another pro voting for BratOK to go. That's zlasher. That's what he does. Hence why it's amusing. Again I'll be pleasantly surprised if GomTV does proper background checks and chooses fairly giving players who would not otherwise have the chance to compete in Korea that opportunity.

There are several players who work extremely hard, and I don't really see how having tried before (and failed, in Huk's and Incontrol's cases) makes you more deserving. Do note that I agree that Ret and Huk are most definitely strong candidates (Incontrol not so much, he hasn't accomplished nearly enough to be considered one of the best 4 foreigners) but your reasons are pretty weak.
