Hey everyone!

Thanks for watching, I heard the stream on RAGEQUIT went great.

Thank you IDRA for being the nice guy people fail to realize you are.

Thank you RAGEQUIT for casting the games, I heard you guys were great.

Thank you to my cousin for sponsoring the event.

Thank you VIEWERS for watching

And most importantly, thankyou goes out to dazed, reese, ddk3, cool, isaint, solid, tennent, volcanis, twopence, and all the mods that helped my stream, if i forgot anyone IM SO sorry!!!

And if you had bad things to say about the event, why even bother posting. Nothing will make you trolls happy... atleast i got your time in the game and u care about me enough to post !

GG HF - see you all january!

Can't believe I missed this just because I didn't know what 10pm EST is in my timezone (GMT+8). Grats on taking 2 games though.

Also, will there be VODs?

I caught the event, I wasn't originally going to tune in but nothing else was on so meh. however it turned out better than I expected, When I first heard of it, I said 'oh man its going to be like watching IdrA comp stomp' boring...however it was nice to see the unexpected. congrats on the wins and Good going, I think next time if you can win a late game 30min+ in Jan I would be impressed. Catching IdrA off guard early has always been his downfall and you did indeed manage to find his weakness. GG none the less and I hope to hear some good news next time

Since they didn't record the last game, anyone mind posting a recap of what happened?

They played this on Jungle Basin.
Nayebo went for a marine tank push without stim or siege mode. This got held off by muta ling.
As IdrA was taking his 3rd and 4th at the same time, Nayebo went for another marine tank push, reinforcing with all of his scv's. Idra was able to clean it up with his muta-ling once more.

Idra may have called the first loss a bit early, but I doubt it. On this thread and other like-threads people are trying to take away from the wins by labeling them. Koreans did the same thing to Idra just because they recognize his late game ability.

It would be one thing if Nayebo was going heavy rax against some dude on the ladder of like-rank, that's a bit of a dice-roll. However, Korean players know to pressure/cheese/allin Idra, and if you're Idra you know to expect it. So basically it's not as much of a dice roll. Idra got to where he was by being able to withstand cheesy tactics, and he got beat. It was entertaining and inspiring.

I won't kid myself, there were a lot of factors playing into why the first cheese could win. If I just built 80 banelings and rolled someone after getting so far in the GSL I'd go a little easy the next game too. If someone paid me I'd let them cheese me SO hard.

Awesome show

It was awesome to watch, I won't take that away from it. But idra had surely not lost that game, he had 9 workers, 4 roaches, 2 queens and 3 zlings vs 2 scvs,7 rauders and a hellion. Don't really understand why he didn't throw down 2-3 spines when he saw those rauders in nayebo's base. That being said, a better player than nayebo could've made that push a lot more deadly, microing the hellions around instead of having them at the frontline taking the hits and getting the worst AoE.

I really think idra needs to start working on his gg timings... It really feels like he has thrown out a bunch of possible wins always gging so early.

Just to clear things up. Skype was down, we had to use mumble which which created two issues, for some reason it was lagged between us two so hard to keep a fluid cast going - it is like cocasting off the stream everything is a few seconds behind.

Additionally, both of us never really use mumble; I cranked sheek to 100% and my mic is set to 4% and the sound was still off. Sheek couldn't find out where to increase his volume I guess.

Lastly, all my sound levels are designed to use Skype; I tried to fix it on the fly which probably screwed things up between gamesounds and me.

Well hopefully that clears things up, regardless I had a blast hope you guys did too.

Edit: Skype link. Just remembered some people refuse to believe a big service can go down. - http://voices.washingtonpost.com/posttech/2010/12/the_circuit_skype_still_down.html

Double Edit: I found out skype was down too late, so we couldn't of just fixed it all before the cast. It's not exactly your normal problem.
