At about 6:30, he came with a small force of Zealots and sentries but I saw him from the watch tower so I set up a flank outside my natural. He came in with his force and force fielded himself close to the wall in range of my spine crawler while my lings tried to get to his force. Eventually cleaned it up with just lings. I counter attacked after his push and lost quite a few lings at about 7:20. Didn't feel his little 'advice' was warranted so I minimised my exchange with him. Anyways, I teched up to mutas, took a third and after that, despite having an observer at my natural, he didn't use it to scout my main. I harassed his third and found that he has been mostly making zealots all this time (lol). He BMs me and leaves the game after I wreck his base with mutas alone. I guess he got pretty cocky after fending off my counter attack and thought he was ahead of me. Truth was, I was never going all in at any point, just mainly countering, harassing etc etc - standard ZvP on Metalopolis. lol. He messaged me after the match as well and proceeded to BM me about how Zerg is overpowered (lol) and takes no skill to play, demands that I apologise to him for playing Zerg (sounds like a protoss-y IdrA). Much lols was had. | ||

Since I made a lot of sentries, he smartly dropped in my main. I went up and forgot to defend my nat and he sniped it before running back to turtle at his nat. Seeing how hard he was turtling, I decided to take a risk with 2 expansions instead of all-ining him. Throughout the game, his econ lead enabled him to drop all over the place, killing my probes and structures. Surprisingly, he gracefully exited (before I could tell him gg back.) | ||
