Do you really think as many people here would cheer for Idra if the semis were Idra vs oGsMC? There would be many yes, but nowhere near as many. Ret on the other hand is also a Liquid member and of course all of them are our heroes already. =)
As for the "got lucky" part, there are very few players on either scene that have had such a strong run in two consecutive major tournaments.
Honestly, music is mediocre, and I'd sooner see the major battle scenes where Jinro is overcoming his enemy than the GG screens, which don't give the user any sense of awe whatsoever. Either way, effort counts, make another when he wins
I hope jinro becomes the savior to us non koreans and win gsl 3. This will definitely peak interest out of korea. He is already our hero and I hope he beats MC but it will be a very tough task.
random question, how did they do the interview afterwords? was there still the korean guy translating the questions and responses or was it just the two white guys talking?
GL in ro4 jinro you've entertained me greatly with your strategies and gameplay. I must admit i knew very little about you before Dallas but i don't care what nationality you are i'd cheer no matter what. Win or lose you've made a new fan here. By the way i really enjoy your demeanor in the post game interviews with artosis. Such a welcome change to see someone so excited to be living his dream.

You are correct, we do love watching Jinro win, but you know what? Jinro, even if you do not make it all the way remember that all of Team Liquid and the foreigner scene are proud of what you have done and all of your effort. Thanks Jinro!
