Yeah maybe but he should have said top ten gaming website if that was the case. It does seem more likely to be Gamespot than Youtube though. Or maybe they are just giving us false hints and trolling us and Brazzers has actually bought them.

There's no way it's actually a top 10 website. As much as I would love that, we aren't there (yet). I'm almost certain JP meant a top 10 website within the gaming community, and Giant Bomb definitely fits the bill. This isn't to detract from GB, this is a huge pickup for SoTG and the scene in general (more exposure!).
Anyways, good episode. The audio quality was fine, especially with how bad I've been craving me some SoTG. I really liked their points about Scarlett, insightful as always. I LEGIT cannot wait for a regular weekly show again. gl hf JP FIGHTING (and killing eSports) <3 !

Where can I stream the PAX episode, on the podcast site it says " you can stream it at the link above as well" but I don't see any other link besides the one to download the MP3

Gamespot is a great outlet for them and I hope this brings in people outside from other gaming communities.

hopefully this will bring about an awakening in the giantbomd sc2 community. they used to be very active, hosting tournament every few weeks and such, but every time i've going to the forums lately it's been pretty dead. it'd be great if gb did another live sc2 community play event, hopefully with a sc2 pro acting as cohost this time

I tried to improve the sound quality of the recording for the greater good but its kind of hopeless. Sounds like its recorded with someones Iphone and then someone just took the output gain and slid it 15db up.
That or no one adjusted the input gain before recording.

You know, I was like meh SotG is gone, breaks been too long yadda yadda. But after listening to the latest episode it made me REALLY want it back...like more than anything!

IGN is definitely a top 100 website. Obviously not top 10 thats a crazy number. Top 10 gaming website absolutely. I used to go on both IGN and Gamespot back in the day when internet was new to me and before they both had ads out the asshole.
But its too bad IGN isn't sponsoring them. That would seem like such a better fit to me all things considered. They're already a huge part of the community and I would love to see them get involved and make the show something even more important with all the incredible production value they have been showing us lately.
The ideal situation would be that Gamespot will be a perfect sponsor and give them everything IGN would. Except this way maybe it can help spread the gospel of starcraft, and maybe even esports in general, to a new forum and a new community. In an ideal world. But some how it doesn't seem too likely and it feels like this is just MLG sponsoring them all over again. =/

Twitter is the only one that makes sense. Maybe Youtube, but I don't know of any true partnerships with youtube, just them paying people for add revenue.

What the hell did Marcus mean when he said at the beginning that last night at some party when MKP won he was "THAT guy?" I know a lot of references to being "that" guy. Was he that drunk guy? It kindof needs context.

While I agree it would be very surprising if it turned out to be Youtube, JP did unmistakably say top 10 site "on the internet." I just can't see him saying that if it wasn't true. He clearly meant top 10 across the entire internet.

i'm pretty sure he has said top 10 gaming site before and just forgot the gaming part this time. Or maybe he was just giving his opinion that giant bomb/gamespot is a top 10 site in his eyes.
