JP hosts the show. The rest are progamer panelists. JP asked people about the matches, they answered, to the best of their ability.
I was disappointed as well but I listen to the show because these are funny people with great insight into the game. Just because they have superficial opinions about something they didn't see isn't reason to froth at the mouth.
They're allowed to be wrong.

lol @ Day9's anger management techniques.
When he was talking about lemons I had this mental image of him sneaking off after a game with a lemon in hand and quietly taking bites.. haha

you can tell that all the negative comments really get to incontrol. he might joke about it but you can tell. but i mean hey, he's human right.

Nice show as always.
Congrats JP on being Diamond. :D
I was expecting Tyler to rub his recent victory on IdrA for +2 hours but I guess he was too chill to do that. 8)

George RR Martin is so great! i'm glad InControl is a fan too. Btw, another good episode guys. Thanks for devoting so much time to this podcast.

I can't believe people are so sensitive to the opinions of these guys. I think it's obvious incontrol enjoys riling people up with his strong opinions. He has a really snarky sense of humor, and I think which he uses to get a rise out of you guys. That's why I think it's better when Day 9 is on because he tends to balance out inControl's strong personality where the rest of the cast is too passive. I can't say I enjoy incontrol's sense of humor, but the SotG definitely wouldn't be the same without calling one person or another retarded. I can't see how people take his comments so personally and seriously.

Requesting more incontrol asian accents.

incontrol shouting out Australia. What a champ. I'd let him sleep with my sister.

Is my podcast messed up? The bar is blank for about 20% at the end and it cuts off when tyler is talking about warp prisms.

And he's just as confident he'll kill you before the infestors are out.
Anyway, I wasn't attempting to give you permission to be wrong - I don't know that you are. I was responding to a guy who said you shouldn't have opinions on games you didn't even see, I said you can have opinions, and even if you end up being wrong it's not a Huge Big Deal.

Whats with the dissing BoxeR, Inc? I'm a Nada fanboy but the way BoxeR dismantled Nada with his chess-esque tank play was too good. Suggest you go watch those MU's before you have an opinion. They will never play TvT so it's a waste of their time. They're players, not commentators, and they'd need a really good reason to watch something of no benefit to their play at odd hours, especially so close to a relatively major tournament (MLG Dallas). If they're not rabid fans of BoxeR or Nada, they can't really justify watching those games. It would do Idra a world of good to watch Foxer vs Kyrix though. "Lol get an infestor" might not work out too well for him. They just host a radio show, I understand, they have absolutly no reason to watch the freaking boxer vs nada, yes. But if they don't watch it, then please don't talk about it. I can't understand those people in the sc2 business that don't watch the best sc2 games around. Then still talk about them and say those games sux :D This is such a bad attitude to have in general. "everything i'm not involved in sux" I think they're becoming elitist. (not day9) How can you play/love/work in sc2 and not watch the GSL ? Seriously :D
Just like in Starcraft, time is a resource in the real life too.
I'm sure Incontrol would love it if he had enough time to sleep, practice 8-10 hours a day, run his coaching lessons, hang out with his girlfriend, do some sort of physical exercise, watch relevant replays for upcoming matches or new Protoss tricks, record a podcast, record a 2nd podcast, play in tournaments, eat, piss, shower, do whatever other real life obligations he has, do any EG team stuff he's obligated to do, take some time to relax in non-Starcraft stuff so he doesn't burn out, AND watch all of the GSL games.
But uh, yeah that's a shit load of things and time is a resources so something has to give.
At the same time it'd be absurd to just ignore a match or not offer some sort of commentary about it, especially when it's Boxer vs Nada. Get off their backs, they did a good job of covering it and you know up front they haven't actually seen it.

He's also just a generally funny guy.

Great podcast this week! Keep it up guys :D

T'was a great show, I think doing it Tuesday nights will help make it feel like less of a wait until the next week (since sotg kinda melds into the weekend if its on monday)
I was disappointed that no one mentioned the infestor as an underrated zerg unit, it really has the ability to be the go-to unit in midgame versus T and Z, since its cost effectiveness is insane (a couple can stop a whole army in their tracks), they allow for more macroing and droning while the enemy is sitting around healing up or waiting to regroup; killing banelings, nullifying roaches (versus hydras with appropriate micro), and even nullifying mutalisks (can be killed with queens/hydralisks and chain fungals) can be so useful, I don't understand why more zergs do not rush to infestors quicker, and I really hope that this transition comes in the future :D

I think thats who incontrol is personality wise. Nothing bad about it tho

My favorite part was probably how everyone was talking about "OMG THERES GONNA BE SHIT TALK BETWEEN NONY AND IDRA" and then they were both like "Yeah it was a good game" and then it was over.

another great podcast. I was glad to see the group was back together. Everyone really delivered this cast.
